L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel de réception est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation du site Trip.com et les réceptionnistes nous ont beaucoup aidé et ils ont trouvé une solution. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé pour les réservations de taxis et de visite de la ville. L'hôtel est très bien décoré. Il s'agit d'une ancienne école de miniatures, nous avons pu visiter et prendre des photos, c'est magnifique. Le restaurant n'est pas très confortable et le mobilier du restaurant a besoin d'être changé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Waren für 3 Tage hier, Zimmer mit Seeblick? Vorteile: in der Nähe des Sees, mit eigenem Hof, relativ sicher, man kann den Seeblick sehen Nachteile: Der Service ist an der Oberfläche sehr gut. Es ist sehr schön. Es kann nicht am Boden ausgeführt werden. Auf dem Bett sind ungewaschene Blutflecken und Xiaoqiang krabbelt. Als ich den ersten Raum betrat, stellte ich fest, dass das Licht kaputt war und ständig blinkte, und auch der Schalter war defekt. It’s hard to find a better location than this in the city of Udaipur. The hotel is a part of the palace complex and provides stunning views of the Pichola lake and the surrounding hills. The palace complex is closed for regular tourists from 730 in the evening to about 8 in the morning. However as a hotel guest you get a gate pass using which you can walk around the same at night or early in the morning. Pls try to visit around 6 / 630 am and you will be pleasantly surprised to find traditional music being played in the palace as a part of the tradition The hotel is stunning and each corner has been crafted tastefully to provide you with a Royal Indian Experience. The check in happens by around 130 or 2 pm so pls don’t expect the room before that. The staff was very cordial and courteous. The room was beautiful and spacious. The views of the lake palace standing in front was soothing to the eyes. However you can’t open any windows nor is there an outside sitting area. They have made a cute corner by the window where you can sit and have your tea or read a book / hold conversations. Being a Taj property, all modern amenities are provided and one does not need to be worried. The toiletries were from Forrest essential and you really don’t need to carry your own unless you are very specific with regard to skin or hair. They have a beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the lake and also have steam rooms which are totally worth using. A fully functional gym and a spa is also available. The restaurant has beautiful views of the lake but the decor does not compliment the hotel and the overall feel and hence he preferred to only eat our breakfast there The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The bar is a little too boring to have a drink there

Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Ein wenig grob und lang in, lauten Korridore mit Menschen schreien über die Hallen und Balkone sogar spät in der Nacht. Neben dem oben hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Personal und Teams, großes Haushalten, superb Frühstück. Wir werden sicher empfehlen und wieder besuchen.
