The most pathetic place I have ever been to, the bathroom was totally empty no geyser or soap or any other toiletries. No water bottle in room no menu card no room service, it was literally like a room booked inside a marriage hall everytime there was so much noise and rush in lobby etc and I had booked this place just because it was very near to my exam centre but I couldn't sleep night before exam till 5am in morning due to so much noise all around and it didn't stopped and no one was bothered to stop it, there was no one sitting in reception or counter. It was really Ill managed place and everything was totally crap I wish I can file a legal complaint against them, I had kept my purse and phone in the room and later I saw that some money was also missing from my purse, although I'm not blaming anyone but it can be very likely that someone might have taken it after entering my room. There was absolutely zero room facilities no WiFi or TV or room service. I had to buy water bottle from outside including other toiletries and had to take bath from cold water. I humbly request to scrutinize this place and if possible then take away their rights else it may affect image in longer run. I honestly need to talk to some higher officia so that I can explain further about my experience

The property is very nice and decent. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Food was good and served on time. Rooms were spacious and is nearby to tourist place.

Hotel rooms are not as shown in the pictures. No fridge available in the room. Ac was not working after 2 time complaints, it gives a feeling that i am paying a high amount of non ac room. Extra charges have been asked via payment of credit card against food bill. Drinks near the pool side have been chargeable. No basic items are kept in rooms like brush, colgate, soap etc. No welcome drinks are given.

The facilities in the resort is very good. Food is excellent. There usp is there food and swimming pool. They have pool side seating for dinner which is so chillax. Good option of food in menu. Neat and clean room. Very close to city center and all the tourist place. Recommend to all. The traveller's.

No proper cleaning of room was done like our stay was for 8 days .. room / washroom were not cleaned any day and service was too poor … like they mentioned so many things but none of them actually exist

Room service was good. While sending the food bill, they over charged, water bottles were charged 2x or mrp, food was tasteless and over priced.
