Hi, I had a horrible experience while making a booking i spoke to Ms./Mrs. Abha, gave me a quote on the call for the dates I mentioned. the moment I asked her to confirm it, she refused immediately saying that she got confused and quoted me the wrong booking amount as I was asking for a discount, Also she spoke to me very rudely. When I asked to talk to her senior she told me she was the senior person in the team and I would have to only speak to her. this was very very distasteful and after that she also warned me that she would also not offer me the discount which she was offering. i have all the call recordings of our entire conversation, it's a beautiful property I have stayed here in the past but the management is just not doing the justice. I am the last person to leave a bad review for any business as I know how difficult it is to manage one, but also i haven't been treated like this ever before. please be very careful of what you are speaking to them about, she even told me that i have called her several times now, and because of this she got confused, i don't understand even if i call her umpteen times how can the rates differ? and that too within a span of a few minutes sorry but this was very unprofessional i also sent her the call recording to confirm our conversation, and she told me that there were too many guests that she had to handle and I shouldn't waste much of her time. when you claim it's a 5-star please train your people accordingly they shouldn't just forget or miscommunicate the booking prices. and even if they have the organization should own it, that's when you know that it's an organisation who sticks to its words and that according to me is 5 Star Hotel. Not where you commit something and go back on your words. Sorry but not sorry for leaving this review
