Im not sure about the other rooms, but we stayed in a wonderful room with two big beds and lots of space. Entering the hotel is a little confusing and the elevator is tiny, but there is a working lift! The food for breakfast was nice. The staff are really wonderful, and the roof top really is a great view of the city. The best part of the hotel was the location - we really like the jagdish mandir and this hotel is literally a couple of steps away. We stayed here comfortably with an eledery person and a 20 month baby! I'd recommend this place for sure.

The hotel staff are very nice, and the breakfast is reasonably good. The rooms are really clean. However, I feel it would be better if they provided sandals, as the floor is very cold in winter. They also kept our luggage for the whole day after our check-out, which was very helpful. Most importantly, the location is excellent.

Pros : Awesome, neat and clean hotel. Hot water available all the time. Roof top restaurant food veg/nonveg both were also delicious. They have managed everything flawlessly within small space. The location of this hotel is at perfect spot where all tourist attractions are near by. Friendly staff. Cons : Only issue was the parking, where no hotels on that coast has it. Hence needed to park in government allotted parking which costs 250 Rs per day. You can absolutely stay at this hotel. Would give this 5 stars. - AkuL M S

The Manager Mr.Ankit and all staff is very Good and supportive. I stayed three days in Bajara Heritage and it is Good experience with family trip . The breakfast , dinner is Very good and view from Roof top is Awesome.. specially music with dinner ..

It was a very good experience staying in Banjara heritage. Great hospitality. The rooms are beautiful. The rooftop cafe was amazing. The staff of the hotel was very cooperative. I would highly recommend others to stay in Banjara Heritage whenever they visit udaipur. It was affordable also.

The rooms were shabby, staff inconsistently rude and the main attraction rooftop access is paid even you have opted for breakfast option. During dinner, you wont event get a table. The only good part is the location. So you should look for other hotel options around this such as Red pier or 4 Lal Ghat.

Location is nice, food at sun and moon cafe is good. Our bathroom exhaust fan was not working, health faucet was broken, tv remote was broken. Given the price charged for the room, these things should be fixed.

Balcony rooms gate were not sound proof and one can hear a noise upto 12 PM and night and same start around 7 AM in the morning. otherwise stay was good. This is the reason I am reducing the rating by 1 point

Our stay at Banjara Heritage was great. The check-in was smooth and they already had a list of places to visit for us. All the staff, whether it was reception, housekeeping or the restaurant was polite, helpful, and prompt. The room itself was clean and hygienic, and had all amenities from an electric kettle to a bathroom wiper. We had requested for a room with the balcony and it was provided. The staff also recommended traveling by scooty instead of local transport, which was convenient and cost-effective. They also arranged for a reasonable cab for us to travel to nearby destinations - Kumbalgarh Fort and Ranakpur Temple. The hotel's location is close to major places and nearly everything is within a 5 km radius. The rooftop restaurant has a good view, and also has dairy-free / vegan options. Overall, 5-stars, would definitely recommend.
