Full sized fridge and stove, kitchen had everything you needed. Bedroom was a good size and the main part for me is a comfortable bed, which this was. Suit was a little dated but still good, wished I could stay longer but planning on returning.

We went to Ucluelet from Burnaby and this place is awesome. Decent size 2 rooms , neat and clean kitchen, bathroom, living hall. Pillows were too good ( first time I liked pillows ). Front desk person- Alia made our booking very convenient and her hospitality ranks at 10. Thanks and we all enjoyed a lot 🙏👍

If you rent a kitchenette, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING a you might need. There were a few dishes, a few utensils, no knives for chopping, no cutting board! One pan for baking, one small pot. There was no dish soap, yet there are big signs stating that you will be charged if you do not clean your dishes. This suite was SO UNDERSUPPLIED that our plans to cook were abolished and we had to pay extra to eat out. The suite itself was super run down, smells very moist, musty, the carpets stained and disgusting. The exterior is in a terrible state of disrepair, siding with holes in it! What a dump. The cost is almost $300 a night. Absolute robbery.

A group of 4 of us stayed here on a recent fishing trip. We needed a clean place to stay, had room for the 4 of us and a decent bathroom where we could shower. It had a nice kitchen area for us to have a quick breakfast and then off we went. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our stay at Whale's Tales check off all the boxes and we would most definitely return.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating at Whale's Tail. It is the perfect home base when travelling with children, needing a kitchenette and a comfy bed to sleep on. Having a yard and access to a BBQ are a bonus! I'm a repeat customer.

Great location - walking distance to downtown. Spacious accommodation. Our ground floor unit had a backyard with lawn chairs. Firm beds (squeaky pullout). Big pool with toys, lots of fitness machines, weights, & and sauna. You can do your laundry here too!

This place was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Check in was fantastic and easy. Location was great. Thanks for the stay!! Parking was right outside so no need to walk a mile to your car. It was by the harbour and by all the shops so easy to just walk everywhere you wanted.

We stayed on the main floor, and they had a great laminate floor on the whole suite. Very clean room, helpful staff that provided spoons and bowls when we needed them, a nice selection of coffee and a keurig in the room. No view of the ocean as it is across the road toward the inland, but it was a very short walk! Everything was very close to the hotel with a car. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided us with suggestions for taxi services when we needed them. Thank you for the lovely stay, we will be back again soon!

This motel room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We were disappointed that the pool and gym were in fact not attached to our motel, but at the motel one street over (west coast motel). This is also where the front desk (and check-in) is. The neighbours of the motel partied until 5am and that was tough but not the motel's fault. But a warning if youre a light sleeper! Otherwise it is a great location in Ucluelet. Walking distance from restaurants, the brewery, aquarium, shops and coffee!
