"Der Besitzer war warm und freundlich und das Hotel ist in einem absolut schönen und historischen Bereich. Das Bett schüttete jedes Mal, wenn ein Haar auf dem Kopf bewegte. Es schüttete so sehr, dass wir überhaupt keinen Schlaf bekommen. Die Blätter hatten Farben auf ihnen. Die Dusche war angemessen und der Heizung funktionierte gut. Es gibt Parkplätze in der Nähe und es gibt einen Aufzug bis zum Zimmer. Es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten und es gab keinen Kaffee im Zimmer."

"Lovely hotel situated in the centre of the old town Ubeda . We went for the deluxe room and it was lovely with its own courtyard area with sofa and table. Hotel was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean throughout. I gave 4 stars for two reasons- lack of information in the hotel about the hotel and the area and despite the breakfast being good it was exactly the same each morning served to your table and you have to ask if you want butter and jam with the croissants! Overall would recommend this hotel."

"Der Parador von Ubeda liegt in der Altstadt, in einem schönen Palast. Es hat ca. 35 Zimmer auf 2 Stockwerke verteilt- Zimmer sind eher klein. Jedoch ist das Badezimmer gross mit Badewanne und Doppelwaschtisch. Die Einrichtung des Paradors ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und wird regelmässig aufgefüllt. Der Parador liegt in der autofreien Zone, man darf aber zum Ausladen vorfahren. Eingang mit 12 Stufen, jedoch hilft das Personal beim Ausladen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkieren kann man in der Nähe, jedoch kann die Parkplatzsituation kritisch werden. Der Parador ist relativ teuer, wir haben für unser Superiorzimmer deutlich mehr bezahlt, als für die Junior Suite in Lorca."

"A decent hotel located in the historic centre of Úbeda. When the reservation was made by phone, parking for two vehicles was requested, STATING THAT THEY WERE EIGHT-SEAT VANS. Upon arrival we found out that we could not park at the hotel because the vehicles access the car park via an elevator that does not accommodate vans. The location of the hotel on a narrow street in the old town, with the legitimate passage of neighbours' vehicles, turned the operation of disembarking occupants, luggage and leaving the street again to look for parking into unspeakable chaos. The same thing happened the following morning to load up at the exit of the hotel. The establishment, at the risk of losing the stay, should have warned of the problem and did not do so. Very bad."

"Wir waren ein Wochenende, Freitag bis Sonntag. Es war ein Besuch, um Ubeda zu kennen. Das Hotel befindet sich an einem privilegierten Ort neben der Mayor Street, der die größtmögliche gastronomische Angebot und Ort, an dem die geleiteten Besuche der monumentalen Ubeda beginnen. Das Hotel ist eher klein, in einem alten Gebäude mit einem sehr schönen Zentralterrasse. Das Zimmer schien mir richtig und sehr sauber. Ich hatte auch Frühstück, das wegen der Zahl der Kunden nicht wie ein Buffet war, aber Ihnen bieten eine Vielzahl von Optionen und Frühstück ziemlich gut. Der Preis des Hotels hat mir für die Zeiten, die laufen, ziemlich gut erscheint."

"LIKED The receptionist (Victoria) was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Nice inner courtyard area with good WiFi Rooftop ‘dipping pool’ to cool down - small area but attractive with 6 deckchairs. OK Continental Breakfast but same every day and have to keep asking for butter and jam to go with the croissants ! Paid parking 2mins away. Hotel is located at the top of the Main Street so 10-12mins to historic square. DISLIKED The Courtyard area has a fountain which was leaking water all around its base. I slipped and hurt myself and the fountain was STILL not turned off or drained. A complete health and safety hazard. We stayed in Room 4 (standard Double) but the terrace area (stripy sofa and tree) was dirty & full of midges, the WiFi was non existent but on the bright side, it was cool! We were offered room 6, one of the Double Duplex Rooms, beautifully laid out but at this time of year (June) being at the top of the building - it was way too hot (even with AC). Also there was a gap in the curtains directly opposite the bed!"
