Regarding the restaurant's opening hours, there is a certain inflexibility regarding the start of children's service, scheduled only for noon (or 12:30 pm, according to information that is sometimes inconsistent). For a hotel that aims to be welcoming to families, young children have different needs. Very good breakfast. The restaurant's food was quite good, but very large portions, with extremely expensive prices, compared to São Paulo, for example. The minibars were turned off, with hot drinks inside. I imagine that their quality must suffer, in this on and off. The gardens appear to be well maintained. The pool needed a little more cleaning, given the large number of guests. The beach service was very good. The surrounding nature is exuberant, enhancing the hotel's value. Unfortunately a hotel we would not return to. And even though we were close to the tourist center, the location favored peace and quiet at night!
