Ich verlasse selten Bewertungen, aber ich fühlte mich gezwungen, diese Bewertung zu verlassen. Ich war in der Stadt zum 1. Geburtstag meiner Tochter, und ich teilte diese Informationen mit Renee, die am Frontbüro arbeitete. Zu meiner Überraschung, Renee sagte erregend: „Wir lieben Partys! Wir werden den Tag für Ihre Tochter besonders machen.“ Erika, ein Reinigungspersonal, hörte unsere Gespräche aus dem Rückbüro und sagte: „Wir werden Ihnen auch helfen, dekorieren! „ Ich habe nicht zu weit in ihren Aussagen gedacht, ich lief um die Stadt, um meine Tochters Tag besonders zu machen. Nachdem ich ihren Kuchen für meine Überraschung aufnahm, kam ich zurück, um ein Bild-Perfekt voll dekoriert Bereich zu sehen. Ich mache nichts Spaß, jeder Mitarbeiter, der an diesem Tag arbeitet, kam, um meine Tochter einen glücklichen Geburtstag zu wünschen. Sie gingen ganz und gar über, um ihren Tag so besonderen zu machen. Es war ein Tag, an dem ich niemals vergessen und den Rest meines Lebens schätze. Danke, Renee, Erika und alle Mitarbeiter, die mir geholfen haben, den Tag meiner Tochter besonders zu machen und uns zu Hause zu fühlen. Wenn Sie Tyler besuchen und willkommen und zu Hause fühlen möchten, empfehle ich Ihnen, hier zu bleiben. Ich weiß, wann immer ich wieder in der Stadt bin, werde ich hier bleiben. 

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ....i hatte Probleme mit der Anbindung und der Kerl auf dem Desk half mir ..... Zimmer war sauber ....Frühstück war ok .....I habe absolut nichts zu beschweren ....I wird hier auf der nächsten Reise nach Tyler bleiben.

Big Chris is awesome! Give that man a raise! Seriously made my day better. Was handling the phones and checking me in working his butt off. Some other lady in the lobby was buying him dinner because she enjoyed his energy so much!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, besonders Nelda (an der Küche) und Mady die Rezeptionistin! Das ist mein zweites Mal und ich komme bestimmt wieder Die Lage ist großartig, man kann 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu allem gehen, was man braucht! Und es gibt Walgreens direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite Viele Restaurants auch Etwas überteuert aber es lohnt sich

The location was perfect, easy to find, and parking was easily available for handicapped guests. The room had a lot of outlets for charging devices and lighting was plentiful. The shower was fine for me, but my husband complained about the water pressure. The breakfast was okay, but had too many carbs. The robust coffee was good but it ran out fast. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Carpet, both in the hallways, and in the room, were filthy in places. Fresh towels had to be obtained at the front desk. The same with the shampoo. Soap came in the form of tiny pieces. We had to request room service and when she stopped by, she only gave us towels. No soap. No shampoo. She never. Cleaned the room. We had overflowing wastebaskets. My question is, when did the Hilton hotel chain become a budget hotel? I used to love staying at the Hi,Tom Garden Inns, but not so much the Hilton Homewood suites. The free water was great because we were going to a baseball championship and needed cold water in the 100 degree heat.

Das ist ein tolles Hotel im sicheren Teil der Stadt. Viele Restaurants, Mall und schöne Lage. Gut Parkplatz und saubere Mengen. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt hier und würde diese Unterkunft anderen Benutzern empfehlen.
