Filthy loc..trash outside,Inside stairways, non stop barking dogs(which mgrs ignore) loud noises rap music in parking lots even @ 3 am Elevators often not working req guests to climb 4 flights of stairs..(& without even a workable luggage cart This 'hotel' should b shuttered as a health hazard & it's mgr fired..today

I got a room here early in the month of May 2022. I reserved for 2 nights and didn't stay the full 2 nights due to the issues in the room. I stayed the 1st night and left immediately the following morning due to Roaches being in the room, the microwave didn't work, the remote didn't work, the lights turned on when sometimes, the freezer was dismantled as if they had been working on it and didn't put it back together, walking on the carpet had myself and guest with black feet due to it being dirty! The manager Rachel at this hotel refused to give my money back even though they had all these problems. I also took pictures of the Roaches and other issues. This manager has not been very corporative in this matter. They advertise as being a clean room and you get there and you have these problems! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A ROOM HERE! EVER!!

Avoid this place, its disgusting, they do not clean it. Floor 3 smells of ****. There are people living in these rooms. Our room was dirty, plenty of bugs to squish. Bathroom was not clean, edging coming off sink stand, ceiling vent full of dust and dirt. Floor dirty. Had to wash your feet before you put socks and shoes on. Kitching was falling apart. Not that there was a single plate, pot, pan, cutlery etc. Not even a kettle. Bedding had stains, windows dirty. We had to buy a scented candle ti burn 24/7 to get rid of the smell. Phones in the rooms were not working. My parents room was no better.

Filthy dirty in rooms. The floor in the room was so dirty we had to clean it ourselves. Broken glass on the hob which was really dangerous! Really disgusting smell in room and in the reception area. Bed linen was stained, not enough space to hang clothes, windows around the frame etc dirty, “kitchen” cupboards dirty whole room really old fashioned! Could really do with updating. Bathroom had no plugs for sink or bath, the floor was so dirty had to clean my feet with wet wipes after I showered after walking on floor bare foot. Would 100% NOT recommend to stay here to anyone. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again. We we’re LOCKED OUT of our rooms on the 9th night as we apparently owed money for the ‘super fast’ internet which we didn’t request to use but had to pay $23 or we couldn’t access our room. The whole experience here was awful and did affect our whole trip! We travelled from the UK to come visit our newborn granddaughter and couldn’t bring her to the room at all due to it being unsafe and very dirty!!

teh room smell and nasty roaches everywhere thngs in room dont work and the women bailey doesnt care about nothing she said she take care of things and dont the housekeeper dont clean everyday every 2 weeks and the room are nasty and smelly smell like **** in hallways and elvator
