"Arrived to a rather surly receptionist. First room on the 5th floor, rain coming through the ceiling Second room on the 4th floor, rain coming through the ceiling Third room on the 2nd floor - dry! However room was desperately cold and the peculiar angle of the windows meant that the room was not at all dark Buckets arranged throughout the hotel to capture the water including in the restaurant Talking of the restaurant, wanted a sandwich for lunch and was told they do not serve such things. As the weather was pretty grim, I ate that evening in the hotel. It was as grim as the weather The hotel has a dim/dark interior with a very incongruous Egyptian décor - weird! Breakfast was also pretty dire. Beds not made in the morning. Not much in the area either Seems the hotel is sustained by the people using the pool/sauna as there were only 2 guests So if all of the above doesn't put you off, good luck......."

"Very, very nice and cozy hotel in beautiful Tychy. Great food, whether it is for breakfast or dinner. Awesome hall for parties and weddings as well as a bar and a pub for hanging out with friends between battles. What else; it's a very clean and quiet hotel with a super nice spa, swimming pool and much, much more. Me and my wife held our wedding party in this hotel and we loved every minute of it. It was perfect. Outstanding service and personell and the food was excellent. Thanks a lot for an unforgettable stay. We'll be back again soon. Dziękuję bardzo. Do zobaczenia znowu. "Die Lage ist perfekt, besser geht es nicht. Das Apartmenthaus ist ok, es scheint relativ neu zu sein. Der Check In geht über einen Automaten, es ist kein Personal vor Ort. Der TV ging nicht, am nächsten Tag war jemand da und hat ihn repariert, die Waschmaschine hat eindeutig keine Trocknerfunktion, obwohl dies auf der Homepage so geschrieben steht, Ceranfeld hatte eine Kindersperre, auch hier war jemand da um sie zu entsperren. Bei uns hat die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert, durch Zufall war gerade der Hausmeister im Haus und konnte helfen. Es liegt ein Infoblatt im Apartment, das aber nicht viele Informationen gibt. Die Kommunikation mit jemandem gestaltet sich schwierig, denn auf SMS wird nicht reagiert und nur mit Glück erreicht man jemanden. Alles in Allem sehr ausbaufähig, wenn keiner vor Ort ist müssen alle Informationen für den Gast irgendwo ersichtlich sein."
