До 4 не дотягивает, тесный номер, санузел с ванной, что неудобно, смеситель без 100 граммов не разберёшься, уборка плохая. Завтраки нормальные.

A good Western-type three star hotel. Clean, modern. Central heating produced enough warmth during winter frost, even had to open windows a little for the night to survive the heat. We attempted to order a visit to hotel spa - but too late , it was already sold out. Good breakfast, even when we arrived quarter of an hour before closing time. My wife left her i-pad in the room, and our local friend recovered it later with no problem at all. A teller machine at the entrance was very convenient. Friendly staff. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there, good value for the money.

As I visited Russia during the autumn (-9 degrees C), it was all snow outside. The hotel is located very close to the walking street known for eateries and shopping. and just a 10-15 min drive from the business park (considering the heavy snow). Room: The room is not very spacious, however kept very clean and tidy. As I was given a room on the ground floor with front facing view, I had a beautiful view of the snow street. The room is equipped with a mini bar, TV, heater, working desk with chair, wardrobe and an electric safe. Bathroom: It has a bathtub complete with hot water shower all 24 hours. Restaurant: The hotel has their own which is another building joint by an underground tunnel. You do understand the advantage esp when its all snowing outside. The breakfast buffet has not many options but ranging from oats to fresh fruits. Staff : The staff at the front office are courteous. During my stay of 5 days, when we were struggling to speak the local language, the staff helped us to book local cabs and also explained the place to take us. Overall, its one of the best places to stay considering there are not many options in Tver.

One of the best hotels I have ever seen - perfect location in the city center, friendly staff, cosy room with comfortable bed, tasty food in the restaurant. Breakfast surprises with great variety of food to any taste. The Volga river is in 10 minutes walk.

На 4 звезды и один из лучших отелей Твери вообще не тянет. Неплохо, если остановиться на одну ночь и без особых ожиданий. Мы же решили отметить в этом отеле мой ДР. И вот тут полный провал.Номер нормальный, есть халат, тапки, зубной набор. Кровать удобная. Но...В спа только по записи. Нам досталась единственная запись в 17.00, а приехали мы где-то в 16. Пообедать решили в ресторане отеля, чтоб не бежать и не спешить. Еда очень так себе, половины меню не было, а у персонала выражение лица "ходють тут всякие". Сам спа ужасен. Грязно, тесно и очень воняет плесенью, особенно в хамаме. Мы больше 10 мин не смогли находиться. Завтрак нормальный, но мест не было-ресторан очень маленький и большинство столов сдвоенные. Пришлось ждать... 6175 за ночь в таких условиях -оверпрайс, я считаю. Единственный плюс этого отеля-расположение.

Небольшой отель в центре. 2 корпуса, ресторан в первом, но есть подземный переход. Есть небольшая парковка около отеля. В холле можно приобрести товары из Твери. На ресепшен внимательные, если приехали раньше 14, но номер готов, заселяют. Есть спа, работает с 16 часов. Номер стандарт чистый, скромный, в ванную комнату пластиковая дверь, из окна вид на полуразрушенный дом, что в принципе не портит картину. Есть мини-бар, но нет цен на то, что там лежит. Завтраки вкусные, не богатые, но достаточные. Есть бизнес-ланч, но если вы хотите по меню покушать до 12 дня, то нет. Придется подождать. Бизнес-ланч вкусный, порции большие. В целом и общем хороший отель, однозначно рекомендую.

Отель расположен недалеко от центра города. Недавно отель построил новый корпус. Номера чистые и светлые. Завтрак хороший (каша, блины, омлет, сосиски, яйца, фрукты, овощи, молочное, нарезка...). На этажах стоят кулеры с питьевой водой. В ресторане отеля можно заказать ужин, готовят очень прилично. Рядом с отелем есть кафе "Старый чемодан", которое рекомендую посетить. У отеля есть бесплатная парковка.

Замечательный отель с отличным персоналом. Номера просторные и чистые. В ванной комнате есть все необходимое. Завтрак достойный, если сравнивать с другими отелями Твери, то лучший. до центра города 5 минут на машине. Ресторан в отеле с хорошей кухней
