Was jedoch wirklich hervorsticht, ist der Service. Wir bekamen bei unserer Ankunft ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade. Die Aussicht vom 15/F durch die großen Erkerfenster ist einfach großartig. Der Hotelmanager spricht gut Englisch und tut sein Möglichstes, um uns dabei zu helfen, unser Übergepäck per Kurier zu verschicken. Unsere Zugfahrkarten zu unserem nächsten Ziel (Urumqi) wurden am Tag vor unserer Reise storniert und der Manager gab uns gute Ratschläge zu den Möglichkeiten. Die anderen Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Netter kostenloser Transport zum Bahnhof, als wir abreisten.
