Der Hotelmanager spricht gut Englisch und tut sein Möglichstes, um uns dabei zu helfen, unser Übergepäck per Kurier zu verschicken. Unsere Zugfahrkarten zu unserem nächsten Ziel (Urumqi) wurden am Tag vor unserer Reise storniert und der Manager gab uns gute Ratschläge zu den Möglichkeiten. Die anderen Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Netter kostenloser Transport zum Bahnhof, als wir abreisten.
