The room was excellent and very near to train station. Receptionist was excellent. We were guided properly for our plan to visit many places in the city. Would stay here again. Did not try breakfast, so no clue about that. Staffs were very excellent.

Our 5-night stay in Torino was at the Hotel Turin City Centre. It used to be called Holiday Inn and I expect it changed hands at some stage. The hotel itself is a little dated and worn but clean and functional. We booked directly with the hotel itself. Our double room was large and the bathroom was small in comparison. The large bed very comfortable. A fridge was in the room and we asked the staff for a kettle which they kindly provided. Across the road at the train station is a large supermarket and food can be purchased if required. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The best part was the proximity to the station and buses but Torino is a walkable city and flat. We enjoyed our stay and this hotel suited our budget.

The hotel is in good location next to Porta Nuova Station and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Found the staff at reception very helpful and sorted out a couple of issues I had. The rooms are a bit tired and dated and don't function very very. The shower isn't great and the power points wouldn't work with UK plug and Eu adapter and had to get additional adapter from reception. Average hotel in need of refurbishment.

Overnight stay. The hotel is pleasant and quiet. The reception is bright and airy. Check in was quick. The room was a good size. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. There is tea and coffee making facilities. There is free wifi. The bathroom was clean. There is a fridge and drinks. The breakfast is good. Near the station

L'hotel è ben posizionato nella zona centrale di Torino, a 2 passi dalla stazione; dispongono anche di un parcheggio interrato a pagamento ma che permette di avere l'auto all'interno della struttura e ben protetta; le camere sono grandi, ben pulite e con tutti i confort; colazione buona e compresa nel prezzo; personale gentile e sempre a disposizione.

Essenziale, se cercate una struttura con tutto quello che è indispensabile allora questo hotel fa per voi. Posizione centralissima, garage privato e gentilezza dello staff eccezionale. Un piccolo compromesso é l’età della struttura che si vede in tanti piccoli dettagli. Le camere sono pulite ma non nascondono i segni del tempo… una ravvivata non guasterebbe. Rapporto qualità prezzo equo, 4stelle… un po’ ottimistiche.

Posizione vicino al centro, ma struttura antiquata. Camera diciamo vecchia, bagno idem , porta/ finestra per il balconcino vecchia e non chiudeva bene. Colazione non adeguata. Portiere gentile e disponibile, mentre persona durante la colazione assolutamente non adeguata, quasi scontrosa. Prezzo non elevato, ma adeguato al servizio ricevuto . C'è da ristrutturare arredamento e personale.
