This is a beautiful, serene property remotely located in the middle of a lot of land and centrally located to all the bodegas in the Uco Valley. There are trees and vineyards and a lake in the back of the hotel. There is a lovely restaurant lakeside and on the opposite side of the lake is the spa. There are many open areas in the hotel and quiet rooms to discover. There is a billiards table and a reading room and lots of relaxing areas outside. Our bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. There was a bench to lay out a suitcase but nothing else other than the floor for the other suitcases. The bathroom was a little tight (beautiful just not a lot of place for items on the counter). For breakfast, the Front Desk requires you to choose a time because the room is too small to fit all the guests at once. The food was fresh and delicious. The kitchen staff was kind and service oriented. Once, they even prepared a couple of sandwiches for us one day and gave us some lemons for our water. We remember spending a lot of time at the Front Desk to sort through paperwork; for some reason there seemed to be confusion about what was paid and what was not as in the computer system did not match the paperwork. In all, Casa Septem is gorgeous and quiet and a great price.
