The Vines Resort & Spa

True definition of a luxury resort. The location is beyond beautiful with gorgeous Mountain View’s and vines as far as the eye can see. The staff is so helpful, warm and engaging. The restaurant is spectacular and the chefs were engaging and proud of what they are doing. The concierge not only helped us plan out what we wanted to do but booked and everything flowed without a hitch. Can’t wait to go back.

We didn't expect an early check in but got one, little snacks in our room, a daily cocktail at the bar, we asked a few questions about vermouth and they asked if we wanted to do a tasting! It was so amazing - and the staff was more like friends that staff - in the best way! We also did the 7 Fires Dinner which was AMAZING, and other items we did via the concierge was a hike, and wineries in the Vines and outside the Vines - all was amazing.

Surrounded by vineyards and some 90' drive from Mendoza airport, this complex is very sophisticated. Has ample common areas including a swimming pool and a great with refined and natural menu. Personnel is young and attentive at anytime, all speak english. Many details are taken ccare of, my room (11) was super big with view to tiny lake and mountains. Quiet environment great to slow down and enjoy good food & wine.

Staying at the Vines is a true retreat, with the stunning backdrop of the Andes matched only by the beauty of the design of the property and rooms. I stayed in one of the two bedroom villas and felt right at home, the room was so comfortable I never wanted to leave! The staff were by far some of the most warm and helpful I have ever encountered, going above and beyond to assist with my every need. I look forward to returning!

When driving from Mendoza airport you're not sure what your going to get but once you enter the compound you realize right away this is a special place. Every single staff member is very accommodating. Service is a 10. The concierge staff worked with us starting several weeks before our arrival to arrange transportation, wine tastings, winery visits, dinner reservations and a horseback riding adventure. Everything went as planned and was wonderful. We had a two bedroom accommodation which I highly recommend. They came in the evening and lit our fire place, there was a rooftop to watch sunset, beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. We have traveled around the world tasting wines and touring wineries and this has been at the top of our experiences. We did the tasting experience at Siete Fuegos and it was the highlight of our trip. It is worth every penny. I really can't think of a negative thing to say about this place. If you're not a wine person you might be a little bored but you would still enjoy the rooms and the food. We didn't have time for the spa so I can't speak for that.

I chose The Vines to celebrate my 50th birthday with my wife. We had stayed at the hotel in 2018 and returned now. It was a dream. From the landscaping to the accommodations, including the activities and even Siete Fuegos, the hotel offers an experience that is both intense and balanced. The Andes landscape brings peace, calm, and contemplation. The climate is exceptional. The services and staff are helpful, kind, and efficient. I always hope to return.
