"Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, überall in der Nähe sauber... Der Service ist wirklich gut, das Personal ist freundlich. Wir können um 13 Uhr einchecken, da das Zimmer bereits verfügbar ist. Der einzige Hinweis ist, dass der Warmwasserbereiter nicht stabil ist. Der Rest dieses Hotels ist wirklich in Ordnung. Ich möchte wieder hier übernachten, wenn es Bandung gibt."

"Wir blieben im Hotel The Crew für eine Nacht vor dem Anreise zum Flughafen. Es war ein Shuttle am Morgen sowie ein Frühstück am Morgen serviert ab 6 Uhr, was sehr bequem war. Die Mitarbeiter bei der Inspektion waren nicht sehr freundlich und schienen sich mit den Fragen, die wir hatten, irritiert zu sein. Darüber hinaus, stellen Sie sicher, dass 1000 IDR in bar, da es die Einlage ist. Das Zimmer war insgesamt wirklich dunkel und hätte gereinigt werden können. "The location is very strategic, close to the airport and easy to find food around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, making the stay smooth and comfortable. Facilities were also excellent for the price. Another plus point is the free drop to the airport, which makes it even more convenient for travelers. Overall I had a pleasant experience staying here. Highly recommended for short or transit stays in Medan."

"Terrible air quality. People smoke indoors, including one staff. I complained to one of them and he thought it’s not considered smoking indoors if the window is open. Scandalous how standards are low. Also complained to reception, who only had a look at the security camera but didn’t do anything. Free breakfast is just toast with chocolate sprinkles, matcha spread or margarine. Close to the airport so good for a 1 night stay if flying the next day."
