I don’t even know where to start with how horrible our stay has been. First off, The room we were given was disgusting. We found two cockroaches in the room, and the place reeked of mold and humidity—the smell was unbearable. It felt like they hadn’t properly ventilated or cleaned it in ages. Also there’s no security at night—we were shocked to find out that there’s no one on-site after hours, which made us feel unsafe. On top of all of that, the so-called free shuttle they advertise is a complete scam. It never comes on time, and there’s no communication or reliability. It’s a huge inconvenience, and we ended up having to make alternative arrangements. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s not worth the money, and you’re better off finding somewhere else to stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment at Mistiq Tulum. The place was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped. We were especially impressed by the stylish decor and the comfortable beds – we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The multiple pools, balconies, and well-equipped gym made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for us: the city center is about a 25-minute walk away, and it was pleasantly quiet. We also appreciated the shuttle service that took us directly to a beach bar for a small fee. Communication with the rental management was straightforward and hassle-free – all our questions were promptly addressed. This apartment is perfect for couples and families, as it offers two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We rented bikes directly at the property and rode to nearby cenotes – definitely a highlight of our stay! We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would love to return anytime!

The room wasn’t given what expected when we reserved. Many utilities were missing. The boys in the office who are allegedly here to help you out are rude and condescending. The scooter company they are working with is a fraud and will attempt to scam you when returning the scooter inventing that you’ve damaged it. Plus some of the scooter don’t have the breaks working. Because of them I broke my arm and injured my leg and they didn’t even care. No empathy no nothing. You have to beg for the basics. All they want is to take money from you. And they will register your card info and try it against your will. I am so disappointed because it’s a good location and they’ve ruined it with bad management. What a shame.

It’s a beautiful place. We enjoyed our time there. Nice for a couple’s holiday. I recommend. There’s a supermarket right below the apartments. A pool we enjoyed . The parking is secured. There’s a gym and a spa we didn’t go to but I’m sure are lovely.

Such a nice place to stay , relaxing and chilling around. So many places to visit too you can’t get bothered! I recommend to eat at the restaurant “ la baguette” so good and the mini market is near by :) Beach are 5 minutes with taxi but you can. Also take the navette from the hotel super easy !

Superb properties. Don’t know where the complain comes from but we did feel very safe . Sorry to hear that others had a break in . Superb new unit we were in . Bedding omg beyond comfort , pillow and all . Complete kitchen with everything needed to cook inside . We felt very safe and staff were amazing , our unit 209 was amazing and better then expected .

My friends and I stayed at Mistiq Tulum from 6/30-7/5, their was hardly no staff to assist us with anything that we may have needed. We got stuck in the elevator and no one came to help us, no one heard our cries, the bell ringing, not even the banging on the doors. We managed to get the door open. We went to complain and front desk said their was nothing she can do. The next day Manager Hector Salinas said we would have to pay for the elevator door, and sure enough 3 weeks later my friend was charged $290 on her credit card. Very unprofessional! I would not recommended to stay there.

This was the most spectacular place!! The accommodations here are 5 star all the way!! We love the way the nature is a part of the architecture Love this entire complex, the pools, the gym, security, location. perfectly in-between the beach and the town There is a WOW factor when yo come into the complex, it’s priceless.
