Das Hotel ist super. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Das Personal ist einfach toll und hilft immer weiter. Der hektische Alltag bleibt definitiv vor der Tür. Das Zimmer ist groß und duftet toll. Einziges Manko, leider gibt es kein Fenster, daher trocknen die Sachen nicht so gut. Das Frühstück hat ein sehr kleines Angebot, dafür aber super lecker. Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Stadtrand. Zu Fuß ist man aber schnell bei den Restaurants und Geschäften. Gegenüber ist ein großer Supermarkt, in dem man günstig essen kann.

Richtig schickes Hotel mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre im Tulum! Hotel ist nicht direkt im Stadtkern ca. 10 min zu Fuß! Schöner Spaziergang! Service ist richtig nice! Wir sind mit zwei kleinen Kids (6 und 3) angereist und hatten zwischendurch so unsere kleine challenges gehabt. Das Hotel hat uns immer wieder Lösungen angeboten! War echt klasse! Einfache Kommunikation via WhatsApp!

Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte und haben dies auch ein wenig bereut. Als wir das Hotelzimmer betraten, war ein Aroma-Diffuser und eine Box mit Meeresrauschen an, dies gab sofort einen Wellness-Effekt und haben uns wirklich gut erholt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage aber man konnte alles gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichen.

I had a bicycle accident the day before we arrived at Kahatsa. My face was covered with road rash. My left hand was swollen like a boxing glove. I was so sore and tired. They checked is in early. Provided me with ice and ice packs all say and all through the nice. They offeted assistance with doctors and language help. Three days later....I am in USA post-op, surgery to repair my hand. My face is still a mess. I can not imagine, for one minute, a hotel and staff in the USA being this kind or helpful to a foreign tourist, or even an American tourist. My room was a quiet, comfortable refuge. My husband was able to walk everywhere to get me food, drinks, farmasia stuff, Mex$. He said the facilities and breakfast was good. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could based on the quality of the staff alone!

I really liked the location, right in front of a big supermarket, close to many restaurants and on the way to the beach. The reception is open 24/7. Staff are friendly and the decoration is very nice. Could have a better breakfast as everyday was the same items. For 3 days we had the same thing. The room has no window which for a beach hotel in unacceptable. How the air circulate? Due to the lack of air circulating, the room smells humidity, there are already some marks on the walls and the towels are never dry. If it is a rainy season, it is too bad the smell in the room. There is music almost all day long been played in the common area which is a bit annoying in the early morning. I have given the same feedback to the receptionist as the hotel has been open for less than a year.

The staff where really nice and very helpful, everything was walking distance from everywhere I really loved my stay here. Definitely will recommend this place, also it’s very safe. And the environment was nice definitely will book again.

I recently stayed at KAHATSA' Boutique Hotel and had an amazing experience! This hidden gem in Tulum offers a zen atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are beautifully decorated with artistic touches that make the stay even more special. One of the highlights was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were always attentive and ready to assist with any request. The water pressure in the showers was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The location is also very convenient, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the WiFi was great for the area, which was a pleasant surprise. KAHATSA' offers great value for the price, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. Looking forward to my next stay!

Amazing hotel, since we arrived the staff was amazing sending us messages to make sure our arrival was easy and relaxing. The hotel is in a great location pretty much within a bike ride from most important places in Tulum. The rooms are beautifully decorated and you can tell they really care about the details!

Everything was perfect, great service, spacious rooms, and beautifully decorated hotel. The service was really outstanding and we always felt welcome, the aromatherapy in the rooms is so nice and relaxing. Great location, close to supermarket, city center, and beach area. Will be definitely coming back!
