Ich habe drei Zimmer für meine Familie gebucht, basierend auf Wert und Lage. Wir haben am Neujahrstag 2021 und Neujahrstag 2022 geblieben, um Weihnachten mit erweiterter Familie in Coweta zu haben. Einige Fragen, nach dem Duschen des ersten Morgens würde unser Tub nicht drenn. Erzählte der Front Desk und sie korrigierten die Situation. Die Eigenschaft könnte einige Updates verwenden, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Hinweis auf das Badezimmer ist ein Tub und Toilette und Sehr kleine Art von schwer zu trocknen, und ändern Kleidung. We stayed over Christmas in 2022 and it was an adventure... 1. We had a 2 bed/2bath suite that had a nice kitchenette and living room between the 2 rooms. It was perfect for my husband and I who were staying with my parents. 2. We realized there were no phones in the living room. Or any rooms. Neither of the bedrooms or the living area had a phone. The website advertises 3 phones. How are we supposed to call in case of an emergency? 3. Our toilet was acting up and we needed wanted maintenance. Since we were unable to call, my dad went to the front desk and was told there is no maintenance and they hand him a plunger. 4. Thursday was probably the coldest day of the year. We had a thermostat that dad put at like 75 but it kept getting colder and colder. The room got down to 65 degrees. Upon inspection, the furnace wasn't properly sealed up. When you opened that door (which prob should have been locked), you can see daylight coming through. So there was no way the room was going to get warm. So we get moved. Thankfully to the room directly above us so it wasn't too difficult to move rooms. At least this new room had ONE phone. However, the heating and cooling in this room was the exact opposite and the thermostat would go up to 80 on its own. 5. We go out on Friday night and notice in the lobby area on one of the tables there was an ice chest and a binder that said ”fire watch”. Long story short, none of the sprinklers or smoke alarms were working so they had to hire a company to be Fire Watch and they walked around every 15 minutes. Not sure what good this would do in alerting people if majority of the rooms probably dont have phones. 6. So I started paying attention to the fire extinguishers since apparently we had no working sprinklers or smoke detectors. Majority of them were in locked cases on the wall and you're supposed to break glass and at least half of them didn't have that sharp tool to break glass attached 7. Another safety issue...one of the side doors that are supposed to be locked so you need your room key to enter after hours, was still open at all times during the day/night. If you read prior reviews from earlier this year, this was complained about in a review and management claims it was fixed. 8. The door to the pool area was propped open with a towel and left like that which is another safety issue as a kid could easily run in there and into the pool. 9. There was expired food in the fridge in the breakfast area and I pointed it out... they threw some away and turned the others around. The one and only nice quality about the hotel, we were able to hook up or roku to the TV and stream without issues. Yup, being able to use our own Roku was the highlight of our stay. Kenya at the front desk was also very nice and pleasant when listening to our concerns. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT stay here. If you value any sense of security, avoid this place at all costs. Das erste Zimmer war schrecklich, es fehlte an dem Fernseher und der Kühlschrank machte einige wirklich laute Geräusche und das Zimmer sah aus, als wäre es nicht gereinigt worden. Wir gingen auf den Treppen und klachten, und eine letzte, die auf dem Vorderbüro ging, sagte: ”Oh, Sie müssen über Zimmer 232 sprechen” und wussten genau, was wir überhaupt sprechen. Wir wurden gesagt, das Hotel war voll, Aber sie haben ein Zimmer, das verfügbar ist, dass sie für gelegentliche Zeiten bei Fragen halten. Es war jedoch ein Abstieg im Zimmer, aber wenn wir einen Ort zu bleiben wollten, dann hatten wir wirklich keine Wahl. Wir kommen ins neue Zimmer und genau so wie wir zur Tür zu kommen wir Die Müllwagen waren im Halle geparkt, ich konnte verstehen, ob es 11 Uhr war und die Hausaufgaben waren bemüht, zu reinigen, aber das ist so lange da sitzen, dass es einen funky Geruch durch das ganze Ende des Gebäudes gab. Wenn wir ins Zimmer kamen, waren die Dinge nicht besser. Ich kann nicht wirklich beschrieben, wie runter und nass das Zimmer war, aber es war schlimm genug, dass wir am nächsten Morgen nach dem Gespräch mit Hilton telefonisch verließen. Sie sagten, wir würden eine vollständige Erstattung erhalten, aber lass uns sehen, wie das funktioniert. Ich werde die Bilder zeigen die Qualität dieses Ortes.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This is the first and only bad review I have ever written in my life, for any hotel or motel that I've ever stayed in. We came to Tulsa to attend a funeral. After a good night's sleep, I had planned to take a shower before going to the funeral that same morning, but the water diverter would not work. it would only work for a bath option. I reported the problem to the manager, as I thought maybe I didn't know how to use it. The manager agreed that the water diverter on the spout was not working probably and offered to move us to another room. I didn't have time to move to another room and still make it to the funeral in time. So I went down for breakfast. There were no breakfast options other than high sugar and high-carb foods, nothing healthy or appropriate for a type 2 diabetic diet. So I had coffee and a banana. After going to the funeral without a shower, we were move to another room. The room we were moved to did have a shower that worked. But the king size bed mattress in room 229 was so broke down on each side that it was like sleeping in a New York pothole. I finally put a pillow in the pothole to level out the mattress so I could get a little sleep. The next morning I went down for breakfast again, and the same thing, mostly cold breakfast all high carbs, high sugar the worst breakfast options I've ever seen in a Marriott. However they did add a low sugar low fat yogurt. The manager did say they were shorthanded and couldn't offer their usual hot breakfast an other services. There are no microwaves in the rooms either. which is kind of strange.

Wir verloren die Kraft während der heißesten Sommerzeit. Wir waren so glücklich, dieses Hotel in unserer Zeit der Not zu finden. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir ankamen, hatten wir einen außergewöhnlichen Service! Das Front Desk Personal war so willkommen. Die Hauspflege hat eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit gemacht, um unsere Zimmer sauber zu halten. Wir hatten ein paar Dinge vergessen und sie waren so froh, zu helfen! Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Es ist ein ausgezeichneter Wert für das Geld, das wir ausgegeben haben. Ich empfehle es jedem, der im Tulsa oder Bixby-Bereich bleibt!

Im Stadtzentrum gelegen, gibt es viele Obdachlose. Es gibt zwei Arten von Parkplätzen, Regal und Parkservice. Mehr als zehn Regale in einer Nacht. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und die Dekoration ist zufriedenstellend.

Sehr schöne freundliches Personal sehr sauber Einrichtungen und genossen mich sehr
