I hate having to leave a poor review and sound like an angry old man, but I find tall reviews useful when booking hotels for business travel. Unfortunately this property completely missed the mark for me and I will certainly not return or recommend. As a frequent traveler and a Diamond Member at Hilton I have come to expect the typical great customer service and the little things that make business travel easier. Of all the properties I have stayed at, this was easily the most difficult to navigate. While the property is fairly new, and nice, with a great downtown location, logistically it is a disaster. The parking situation is easily the worst I have experienced at any hotel in my years of travel. If you are driving a car, DO NOT STAY here. I prefer hotels with valet, but if no valet, easy in and out parking is definitely expected. There is limited parking spaces available for hotel customers in the outside lot directly next to and behind the hotel, This is a shared lot and not under the ownership of the hotel, they only get a certain number of spaces per night. The lot itself is not clearly marked, so if you park in the wrong spot you will receive a $125 ticket. That will be reduced to $35 if you pay within 15 days. This is obviously a problem and the hotel is well aware of it. There are signs everywhere in the hotel and confusing instructions that I guess you are supposed to memorize. These signs are obviously difficult to comprehend as there were 4-5 other guests the same evening, who, like myself, were confused and received parking tickets. Its apparent they have no real interest in addressing this situation. The even more disappointing part of it is the staff could care less. Speaking with the person at the front desk trying to get clarity she was dismissive, condescending and had zero interest in my concern. She had no problem if we canceled our four rooms and switched hotels. Which I tried, but rooms downtown were at a minimum, so we stuck it out and made it through night 2 with zero issues. If you travel a lot and expect easy access and accommodating service I would steer clear of this property. For those who prefer Hilton, there is a Doubletree property a few blocks away, I would recommend that over this place. My worst Hilton experience in several years as a loyal Hilton customer, thus the one star review. I will certainly not be back.

Wir waren dort zum Eagles-Konzert und fliegen am nächsten Morgen. Das Hotel ist sehr datiert, obwohl es versucht, wie sie sind besser als sie sind. Nicht viel, aber nachdem ihre Frau ihr Gesicht gewaschen hatte, wurde der Tauch aufhört und mit grauem, schwarzem Wasser gefüllt. Besten Teil des Hotels ist die Lage und einfache Shuttle zum Flughafen.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit 1 Bett und ein Bett ausziehen auf einem Sofa. Ich nahm das oberen Blatt aus dem Bett aus, um das Bett ausziehen zu setzen und fand Blut auf meinem Bett. Es war nicht viel Blut ...., es war immer noch Blut trotzdem. Ich sprach mit dem Rezeptor am Abend und sie versichert mir, mit dem Manager am Morgen zu sprechen und etwas würde getan werden, weil sie keine Zimmer zur Verfügung hatten und ich nicht konnte mein 4-jähriges Schlafen im Auto haben. Wir schliefen auf dem Couch aus und als ich am nächsten Morgen mit dem Manager sprechen ging, wurde ich als ob es meine Schuld war. Sie sagte mir, dass sie nichts tun konnte oder wollte, weil ich durch Hotels.com gebucht habe. Karina (der „Generalmanager“) hat mir in jedem Fall absolut geweigert, zu helfen. Sie rief die Polizei, mich zu verlassen, als ich frustriert war. Schnell voran 3 Tage. Ich habe mit jemandem nach jemand gesprochen. Und zeigt Karina hat die ganze Kontrolle, um eine Erstattung jeder Art zu geben. Und hat es mehrmals verweigert. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, mein Geld zurück oder etwas für diese Sache. Aber ich hatte gewisse gemeinsame Höflichkeit und vielleicht auch ein wenig Respekt als Mensch, der mit jemand anderen zu tun hatte Das Blut. Ich wurde abgewiesen und sehr schlecht behandelt. In all dem Karina sagte nicht einmal: „Ich bin es leid für die Unannehmlichkeiten“. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, Ihre Zeit oder Ihr Geld auf dieser Anlage zu verschwenden. Es war nicht einmal ein Sliver der $200 ich Bezahlt und Kundenservice? Bitte nicht starten. Sehr traurig ist das, wo wir unseren Urlaub beginnen mussten.

Während er die Aufzüge eintrat und verließ, wurde mein Mann dreimal mit der Schließtür geschlagen. Er hielt seine Hand vor der Tür, die hätte es stoppen sollen, aber es haltte nicht, bis es seinen Arm getroffen hat. Er ist ein großer Mann und war nicht schlecht verletzt, aber ich würde mir Sorgen machen, dass Kinder und ältere Erwachsene durch eine solche Situation geschlagen werden!
