We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a conference being held on their at their on site conference center. The hotel grounds and common areas were in great condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The conference facilities were also top notch. It’s in a good area with lots of shopping and dining in the area if you have a car (most is a little far to walk). From the public facing elements, there’s not much to complain about. Until you get to your room. We had a suite for the conference and were extremely disappointed by the rooms. They are terribly in need of a refresh. The carpet was so loose that it had waves that you tripped over. It also had huge stains on it. The beds were fine but the chairs and couch in the suite were so old and dirty looking that nobody wanted to sit in them. Even the tables in the room were beaten to hell. It was a good sized pair of rooms that would have been nice if it had furniture purchased in the last decade. In the bathroom, the shower had a removable head attached to a bar you could move up and down. At its highest setting, my 5’2” wife couldn’t fit underneath it. I’m taller and had to use it exclusively in handheld mode. It was a dumb setup. The final issue that made me mad was they charged $12 for parking. They have a huge parking lot and are away from other businesses. There was no need to charge for the parking. If you want to charge for day conference attendees, fine but make it free for your guests. I would recommend looking elsewhere until they complete some upgrades.

This hotel is very clean and nice. Everything was perfectly placed and cleaned. The only drawback was the broken elevator. I was made aware of this at the time of reservation and asked if it was still OK. I found this to be extremely kind and caring of the hotel staff.

Sie hatte eine tolle Erfahrung mit der Eincheckung mit Jennifer. Sie musste eine Multitask, aber sie verpasste nicht einen Schlag. Nach der Eincheckung und der Einstellung Mr. John Perez die Bistro und Bar besser handhaben als ein Pro. Er war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Ich bestellte die Flügel, aber sie hatten nicht die Sauce, die ich hoffen hatte. Nun John kam mit Jennifer und sie schufen und wunderbare Sauce zu sterben. Unnötig zu sagen, sie schufen eine Erfahrung, die mich zurückbringen wird. Diese Kundenunterkunft und -service sind wenig und weit zwischen, aber dieser Ort übersteigt alle Erwartungen. Machen Sie sich einen Gefallen und bleiben Sie hier. Wenn Sie sagen hi zu Jennifer und John für mich.

Sie haben nicht nur meine Reservierung nicht geehrt, sie sprechen mich an und lassen mich ohne Zimmer begraben. Ich habe ein Königszimmer etwa einen Monat vor meinem Aufenthalt reserviert. Ich kam um 9 Uhr, um das Zimmer, das ich reserviert habe, nicht mehr verfügbar zu finden. Ich war sehr geirrt, das Mindeste zu sagen und wurde gezwungen, ein anderes Zimmer zu finden. Als ich ein teuereres Zimmer über die Stadt fand, wurde mir gesagt, es von der Frontdesk zu buchen und es nach der Tatsache zu arbeiten. Ich tat das. Als ich zurück zum Frontdesk kam, um zu fragen, warum meine Karte für den Aufenthalt belastet wurde, wurde ich von einer neuen Person, Sean, der Nachtrevisor, die hart und verbal missbräuchlich war, um das wenigste zu sagen. Ich wurde gesagt, Amy Claybourn, der Generalmanager des Immobilien, würde mich kontaktieren. Der schlimmste Teil ist, dass sie mich zum Hilton Garden Inn, das auch überbucht wurde, so dass ich endlich in einem groben Rochmotel für die Nacht ... Ich bin ein lebenslanges Diamantmitglied, aber ich werde nie wieder in einem anderen Hilton bleiben, als ein Das Ergebnis ist.

Nina am Frontbüro half mir und sie war wunderbar! Ich brauchte Hilfe bei der Drucken mehrerer Dokumente, die ich für ein Treffen falsch platziert und benötigt hatte. Als ich zum Vorderbüro ging, um Hilfe zu bitten, war Nina da und lachte und fragte, wie sie helfen könnte. Sie setzte schnell auf, was sie an der Arbeit hatte, und bestand darauf, mir sofort zu helfen. Nina druckte die Dokumente, die ich benötigt und lieferte schnell. Dies war die einzige Zeit, dass ich in einem solchen Pinch gewesen und sofort Hilfe benötigt habe und ich war so froh, dass Nina da war, um mir zu helfen. Sie ist großartig!

We arrived on a Thursday and left on Monday morning. Came to Tulsa to see Alice In Chains at the Brady Theater. This wasn’t the closest place to the venue, but after much research we decided to stay here for safety, accessibility to parks, restaurants, and 2 of our favorite grocery stores. Also based on the reviews of this hotel. I needed an ADA room with wheelchair access since I had my knee replaced just 4 weeks prior to this trip. This room was awesome! We could’ve had a wheelchair party with 100 wheelchairs! We got the one bedroom suite with king size bed. They probably fixed us up with the best room in the hotel for someone like me, who traveled earlier than Doctor wanted, and had to stay in bed most of the time lol. The room was huge, quiet, super clean and comfortable, and had a nice view of the skies when the thunder and lightning storms rolled in. Their landscaping is awesome. Every single one of the employees that we encountered, had a smile and were exceptionally friendly. They take pride in this hotel and it shows. I’ve got OCD and would never walk around without slippers in a hotel room, but felt comfortable doing in here when I couldn’t reach them due to mobility issues. We didn’t get to use the pool because storms but it was clean. The free breakfast was pretty good. It would’ve been better with fresh melons and berries but since the plandemic, those have been hard to come by on hotel breakfast menus. The seating area for breakfast was very nice, having indoor and outdoor options. Too bad I had to stay in the room most of the time, hooked up to my electric water cooler for knee inflammation, we would’ve taken advantage of that pool and sat outdoors when the weather was nice. Love love love this hotel. Give me an excuse to go back to Tulsa and we’ll be there!

Ich wurde am dritten Nachmittag aus meinem Zimmer verschlossen. Während meiner Konferenz. Zimmer #850 Das Hotel sagte, die Buchung war für 2 Nächte und bat mich, weiter zu gehen oder zu zahlen 150.00. Weil ich bereits für das Zimmer bezahlt habe ich nein gesagt, dann hatten sie Sicherheit, mich aus dem Zimmer entfernen und ich das Hotel verließ.

We enjoyed our second stay at River Spirit! We stayed on a weekday so the hotel was not very busy and they let us pick which floor we wanted to be on. We got a top floor room with a great view! We ate dinner at the restaurant inside the ******, Fireside Grill. It was pretty tasty and affordable. Our server was also great! There seems to be some sort of live entertainment every evening and we enjoyed the musician playing in one of the Margaritaville areas. Just an FYI that smoking is allowed in certain areas of the ****** and it can get a little overwhelming in certain areas depending on who is sitting next to you. We already have our next stay planned!
