Maybe one of the hotels that offer room services during your stay - so many just don’t do it anymore even though we are paying so much more - plus breakfast is awsome with good quality of food - except for frozen strawberries and pineapple - why? Make no sense - but overall berry satisfy with their services

Ruhige Lage. Shopping Malls in der Nähe. Swimming pool was sauber. Frühstück ausgezeichnet gut. Room-Service hat 4 Anrufe gebraucht bis ich die Badetücher erhalten habe. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

very close to airport and shopping center, forgot to clean the room, and not advised during the check-in, the front desk lady was not very helpful in solving the issue, the breakfast area is clean and many sitting places, swimming pool was heated.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed is this one. Perfect for a family with smaller kids as they’ve provides all the amenities you could need.
We stayed in a suite and had a full kitchen equipped with silverware, plates, pots and pans. The beds we’re comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and the luggage trolley was a really nice touch, something I don’t see often on hotels we’ve stayed at.
They also had indoor pool which my kids really enjoyed.
Overall a great stay and would come back here again.

Prepare to pay $18/night for parking so they pretty much are getting their $ back for the, “free breakfast.”
The doors only close loudly once you are out of the room- so you hear every door slam.
Floors are thin so you hear all noises thru the thin subfloor. If the people above awake at 4am- you will also be awake with them hearing their every move.

The hotel was very nice, immaculate, and suited all the needs of our large family and fairly priced. Great location minutes to Sea-Tac Airport. However, the beds were awful and days later I’m still suffering for it. They’re very soft and NOT supportive. If you like pillow-like mattresses you’ll be fine but if you need a supportive mattress that’s even medium firmness, you won’t like these. Lastly, I’m really frustrated that we got charged $18 to park. I was not told this upon check-in and only see it in the receipt after the fact. In some hotels, I understand this charge. However, they have a huge empty parking lot and charged us because we filled one of the dozens of empty spots. Not impressed. I liked the hotel, but because of these 2 things, we won’t be returning.

I was looking for a hotel with a pool and hot tub because my children love it, and for this reason I chose this hotel, but what do you think? When we went to the pool area, the workers were maintaining the hot tube, but that's not the bad thing, the bad thing is that it took hours, and we were waiting too long, so we asked the desk if they would give us the opportunity to do a late check out, they told us no, but they were very rude, I will not go to that hotel again.

Hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was AMAZING! Requested early check in and was told I would get a phone call when room was ready. I never did receive the phone call so we ended up not being able to check in until 9pm.I love how there were so many places to shop and eat so nearby. We had a 2 bedroom suite that fit all 8 of us. The dishes and linens in the room were only enough to accommodate 4 guests yet we had no trouble getting adequate supplies. Requested a later check out and was offered 30 minutes. It is hard to believe that more time could not be offered as there is no way that housekeeping cannot clean all of the rooms at the same time.
