2 front desk staff showed no co cern for the issues...rude actually. The breakfast buffet staff and maintenance man were very nice. The ac in our room was working properly instead of moving us they adjusted the vents and brought in a fan it cooled down right before we left 3 days later!! The reason we checked in because our home air wasn't working!! Room hadn't been cleaned in awhile..pizza crust on the window sill, carpet dirty, front room table broken and the TV didn't work. Maintenance man said its old. The pool was dirty and the ground was rocky and dirty. Also, the housekeeping wad ringing out there dirty towels on the pool grounds!! Not happy at all

I enjoyed my stay pool was clean room was clean good delicious breakfast the lemon water out by the pool was excellent always fresh water with lemon I will stay again 👍

Air conditioning wasn’t working when I got the room. They got it to work a few hours later.

Sorry, but the room was a mess. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Crumbs and debris on all floors, hair stuck to the walls in shower (yeah, those kinds of hairs), vents clearly had months of dirt buildup. Fixtures with caked on hard water stains and other stuff I was afraid to ask about. No bugs in the bed and based on the strong smell of bleach we figured the sheets were safe, but the comforter was stained/had someone’s hair on it. Unfortunately we didn’t inspect the room until late, so we stayed one night but cut the stay short and left the next morning. I did not complain because based on the condition I have to assume they truly don’t care, so why bother. But I will not stay there again. The entire property just seems run down with stained carpeting in common areas, chipped paint everywhere, outdated and broken fixtures in many areas and substandard maintenance evidenced in most areas. On the upside, their buffet breakfast was outstanding, although we only saw one woman really working the restaurant area while most employees just stood around. I handed my tip to her and hope she got to keep all of it! Overall, not a good experience.

I do not recommend this place especially if you have kids. I’ve never felt so stuck before. This was my first time traveling with my kids and I paid in advance with no refunds offered. I spent $600 for a place that was dirty, smelled and had no air to our room. The first room we got upon arriving was on the first floor and the bedding was damp and the room smelled like sitting water. Completely outdated. We got moved right away to the third floor. The room smelled nothing like the first one and was a little more updated but was still dingy. I ended up getting fans that costed me another $60 just to have some kind of comfortability. It was a very uncomfortable stay. Staff doesn’t seem to care about the rooms or their conditions. One of the cleaning people had explained to me that they have “drip rooms” rooms that just sit with water … that explained the first room they tried giving us. Even the pool area was dirty. The bathroom by the pool smelled up the entire gym area as if someone peed all over the floor… I really wish a refund was possible because I would have taken my family elsewhere and enjoyed the stay and felt comfort. This place was nothing like the photos online. I’ve never been so disappointed traveling.
