The Main floor includes two living rooms, one full bathroom, full kitchen with counter seating and a dining room. Both living rooms have smart TVs as well as a full surround system with a karaoke option. The Second floor includes a master bedroom with a full bathroom and hidden smart TVs, second bedroom includes a double trundle bed and a foldout bed. and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. All bedrooms include smart TVs for your entertainment. The Basement includes a private home theater with an Xbox gaming option and foosball table. An air mattress will also be provided. The laundry room is also available for your use. The Backyard is spacious and private for your comfort. It includes an outdoor kitchen including an icebox, sink, searing burner, and grill. We have a shaded outdoor dining area available and plenty of additional seating. There is a 20x40 ft heated pool from 3ft-10ft deep that lights up for swimming at all hours. An outdoor shower is also included. We have a charging station for your electronic needs.
