A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa
I recently stayed at Pao’s Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient.
I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

Clean room and they do have heater if you are going there during the cold season. Staff are friendly. However, I am not very happy with the breakfast. Requested for the pineapple pancake, and one of the staff she got the order wrong and give me a banana pancake. Told her, she went back to the kitchen and just put pineapple onto the banana pancake for me. Clarify but she insist that’s pineapple pancake. This is a disappointment. Due to double pan fry, it is way too oily.
What I can say is, the guy staff at the counter is good and welcoming. Not for the female.

The staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place.

I booked this homestay/ hotel through a review from a traveller where they wanted a place to relax and sleep soundly at night and not bothered by bustling sounds of noisy city. As a mountain girl at heart I am really looking forward to go to this place and walah the place is Soo amazing. The mountain view, the freshness of the air, the cleanliness of the place blows my mind. Staffs are very accomodating and the manager Thoung Hin is very helpful throughout my stay. If I comeback to sapa will definitely book this hotel again. 🫰❤️

Es hat einen Pool und Fitness und ist ein wenig spät angekommen, und der Front Desk Service war gut. Das Frühstück war auch ein Buffet. Ich ging früh raus und ging zu meinem Gepäck spät nach dem Auschecken als Reiseplan. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sauber.

Miss Trang war ein wirklich toller Gastgeber! Mein Sohn war am 2. Tag krank und sie ging weiter, um Informationen über Kliniken/Apotheken sowie zugehörige Informationen zu liefern, die sogar spät in der Nacht benötigt werden. Sie ist auch ein toller Übersetzer! Das Hotel war in einer guten Lage und die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind alle sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Wir werden sicher wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.

CChicseeMy stay with Bamboo Sapa was nothing short of excellent from the time we checked in, which was about 5am to the time we checked out. All hotel staff were wonderful. We booked a tour that started at 8am and had to forgo breakfast for a little rest before. Thought I’d just grab a piece of bread and on the way in the cafe, a staff approached me to ask my room no. and sit me down but I explained that we had to rush off for a tour and wanted to just grab and go. And she insisted we packed some food. Got us a takeaway box and even packed us some orange juice to go! I knew immediately she was Julie from the many raving reviews I read about her, I recognized her immediately even though we have never met! Her reputation precedes her and I am amazed at how helpful and proactive she was. She helped with lending us an adaptor and a phone cable, recommended good restaurants and a driver to bring us around. A gem of an employee she is!

We were early before the check in time and room wasn’t ready yet. They pampered us with their hot chocolate welcome drink and offered to let us explore the 7th floor where their Instagrammable swimming pool is located. We accepted n loved it! It was empty as much guests have checked out.
We booked the Classic Twin Room thru trip.com to celebrate our friendsary of 23years and we were spoilt by the hotel de la coupole mcgallery’s manager, Grace. She upgraded our room to superior twin room that comes with an extra balcony and gave us a lovely sweet treats and fruit platter 🥰🥰❤️🔥❤️🔥
The bathroom was huge and they even took special efforts to decorate our room. Special thank you to the team who put up this! Your exceptional hospitality surprised us n made it so memorable for us 🥹🤩🥳
Our room no. was 625 and we could see hues of the sunrise from the balcony. Bed was exceptionally comfy and room was warm and cosy despite the cold winter. This was such an awesome staycation and memorable friendsary celebration.
We went to the bar during 9+ for a drink and to take beautiful photos of it. So much to do if you love photo taking. Many more instragrammable worthy spots in the hotel lobby and 10th floor.
Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet on the 10th floor in their Chic restaurant. This hotel amazes me with their interior and details paid to their decoration. Astounding! Please take time to enjoy the breakfast and taking photos outside the restaurant.
Would highly recommend this luxurious hotel if you’re here in sapa!

GGastnutzerZunächst einmal gefiel mir, dass der Preis inklusive Frühstück sehr günstig war.
Es lag ganz in der Nähe des Sun Plaza und war ein ruhiger Ort.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte ein großes Fenster, sodass es nicht stickig war, und es war schön, einen Balkon zu haben.
Es war schön, das Frühstücksmenü auswählen zu können, und das Restaurant war schön eingerichtet.
Die Atmosphäre war auch gut.
Was noch besser war, war, dass das Personal an der Rezeption mich mehrmals anrief und mit mir wartete und mir sagte, ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, während ich besorgt war, weil die Abholzeit des Schlafbusunternehmens nicht eintraf, obwohl sie ankommen sollte, also Ich war sehr dankbar.
Ich lobe diese Mitarbeiterin, die mit Brille süß aussieht~♡

VViolet YoongSchönes Hotel - Service lässt Raum für Verbesserungen
Wir kamen früh an und teilten dem Hotel etwa 10 Tage vorher mit, dass wir um 4 Uhr morgens ankommen würden.
Ich rief die Rezeption an, die mich aufforderte, etwa 50 m zu Fuß zu gehen, mir aber nicht klar war, in welche Richtung es gehen soll. Nach 30 Minuten schickte er einen Buggy, um uns abzuholen.
Ein häufiges Thema ist, dass manche Mitarbeiter nicht kommunizieren, wenn sie etwas nicht wissen oder nicht helfen können. Sie nicken nur und es ist wirklich schwer zu erkennen, ob sie etwas tun werden oder nicht. Lassen Sie mich einfach wissen, dass Sie es nicht wissen oder nicht helfen können – auch auf Vietnamesisch! Zumindest kann ich es selbst übersetzen.
Nach drei Stunden Wartezeit in der eiskalten Lobby erklärte Lala den Vorgang und gab uns Klarheit über die nächsten Schritte. Sie war so freundlich, ein Upgrade vorzunehmen, da ich Geburtstag hatte und langsame Saison war, was ich sehr schätzte.
Lala ist ein Juwel – sie kam vorbei und danach verlief alles wirklich reibungslos. Sie war fröhlich und klar in ihrer Kommunikation. Sie gab nützliche Empfehlungen und machte deutlich, was sie tun konnte und was nicht. Sie war wirklich großartig und wir haben ihre Hilfe sehr geschätzt.
Alles in allem ein gutes, sauberes Hotel – etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber das ist gut so.
Die Einrichtungen sind gut und reichlich vorhanden – Sie müssen wahrscheinlich nicht einmal in die Stadt fahren.
Der Umgang mit den meisten Mitarbeitern, bis auf eine Handvoll, ist recht schwierig, da sie sich weigern, schlechte Nachrichten zu überbringen oder zu sagen, dass sie etwas nicht wissen.

Ggav.tedAmazing stay at Sapa Town! The location is walking distance to the shops in town but not too near so much so that we can still enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place. Aliana hotel is the place to stay for when you visit Sapa Town not only their beds are comfortable, the room space and service is great! Kudos to Loang and the team at Aliana who speaks great English and provided excellent hospitality and service!

JjustinatravelsObwohl das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts nicht mitspielte, war unser Aufenthalt im Pistachio Hotel fantastisch. Es liegt nahe genug am Stadtzentrum von Sapa (Zugang über den ersten Stock). Die Rezeption befindet sich im 6. Stock.
Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich, obwohl wir nicht viel mit ihm zu tun hatten. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht, bekamen beim Einchecken aber ein Upgrade auf das Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon. Schade, dass wir keine Aussicht genießen konnten, da es während unserer 2 Nächte dort neblig war. Wir konnten uns die Aussicht nur vorstellen. Wir konnten auch die Seilbahnschienen von der Sapa-Station zur Seilbahnstation sehen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr modern.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Hotelfrühstück ist auch schön. Das Hotel stellt Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung, falls es regnet (je nach Verfügbarkeit). Der Infinity-Pool sah aus, als wäre er fantastisch, wenn nur das Wetter mitspielen würde! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

GGastnutzerWe arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

เเจ้าเด็กดุ๊กดิ๊กเป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆ ค่อนข้างจะอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองซาปานะ เดินไปลานตรงกลางง่าย ไปซันพลาซ่าง่าย ราคาไม่แพง
ห้องนอนก็สบาย มีหน้าต่างเล็กๆ เปิดออกไปเห็นวิวเมืองหน่อยๆ
อาหารเช้าเป็นเมนูเวียดนาม เฝอ และก็อะไรที่เราไม่รู้จักอีก 2-3 อย่าง มีขนมปัง สลัด ผลไม้ง่ายๆ
ที่เราชอบคือบริการ เรามาถึงช่วงตีห้า ก็เร็วเกินไปที่จะเช็กอิน ทางโรงแรมก็มีโซนเบาะนอนสำหรับนวด ที่ว่างพอให้นอนเล่นพักผ่อนชั่วคราวได้
โดยรวมถือว่าโอเคเลยค่ะ ประทับใจ

AAnonymer BenutzerDie Lage wird in der Nähe des Hauptzentrums Sapa betrachtet, wo die Straße nach links nach dem Ausflug aus dem Hotel, schöne Dampfboot und bbq, Massage-Parlour, Clubs, Orte zum Trinken in der Nacht und Sapa Markt sind gelegen, Fußwege Höhe 10 bis 15 Minuten. Es ist auch 10 Minuten entfernt, indem Sie in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs gehen, um für diejenigen, die den Schlafbus zurück nach Hanoi nehmen.
Das Hotel ist schön, mit Bergen, aber während des Aufenthalts ein wenig düster. Sonneneingang direkt in den Zimmer am Morgen.
Das Hotelpersonal ist genügend freundlich, um für den Transport zu den interessanten Orten in Sapa ohne zusätzliche Kosten zu arrangieren, ist die Zahlung 100% an den Fahrer.
Unterhalb des Hotels gibt es keinen Aufzug, alle Gepäck und Gegenstände müssen mit dem Flug von Treppen neben dem Hotel und in der offenen Umgebung ohne Dach/Schatten, wenn es sicherlich nass. Aber das Hotel bietet eine Schattenschilder und das Hotelpersonal wird bei der Anbringung des Gepäcks helfen.
Das Hotel selbst befindet sich auch auf einem Aufzug, bevor es die Lobby erreicht.
Warmwasserdusche nur bis zu 15 Minuten, dann beginnt das Wasser zu kalt, nicht gut für kaltes Wetter als solche.
