Would definitely return! The owners are the sweetest and loveliest couple. Room was clean, spacious with a nice balcony view, and the owners were always around to give helpful tips or arrange for tours and transportation for us. The boss lady even gave me a toy from her collection for my nephew! Grateful to Botanic Sapa Hotel owners for making our trip to Sapa such a memorable one with their warmth, kindness and thoughtfulness!

I stayed there for 5 days in Oct 2022. It was a wonderful experience. Both Van and her husband are really very nice and friendly. The view from my room was amazing, can see the mountains and clouds. Location is very good as it is close to many nice cafes/restaurants and to the Sapa Centre. Would highly recommend this nice family run hotel cos you will definitely feel at home.

Super tolle Gastgeber! Vân hat uns tolle Tipps und Angebote gegeben und war so hilfsbereit und nett! Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Auch die Lage ist super! Haben mit der Besitzerin Vân unseren kompletten Aufenthalt in Sapa geplant und sie hat für uns die Tickets gebucht und uns toll beraten! Große Empfehlung. Die beiden waren so herzlich und das Hotel ist einfach schön.

Our stay at this charming little hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel right at home with her warm and cheerful personality. She is always laughing, full of positive energy, and ready to help with anything you need. One of the most touching moments of our stay was when my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well. Without hesitation, the host brought fresh tea ingredients to help her feel better—such a thoughtful and caring gesture that we’ll never forget. She truly goes above and beyond for her guests. On top of that, she even arranged to have our luggage brought to our next hotel, making our transition seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend staying here if you want to feel at home away from home. Thank you for everything!

The right place to go. Close to everything with warm clean room for when SaPa have high humidity:). Excellent view directly from the room. The host, Van, is exceptionally helpful and friendly. She will kindly host you and help with your plans.

Botanic Sapa hotel's is located centrally yet away from crowded streets so it's perfect... More like a homestay with only four rooms... Absolutely clean rooms with great view... The owners are very helpful and guide you well .... There are many places to eat nearby.

Our stay at Botanic Sapa in the beginning of October 2024 definitely was a highlight of our Vietnam-Trip so far. If we'll ever make it back to Sapa in the future, we'd absolutely come back. The hosts Van and Minh were so welcoming, attentive, kind and always ready to help us. We really appreciate that Van took her time to give us advices for trekking tours, vegan restaurants and helped us book tickets for planned Trips when we were lost in translation. The location of the homestay is central but quiet and if you arrive in Sapa by bus you can reach it easily within a few minutes walking distance. Our room was perfectly clean and we enjoyed a mesmerizing mountain view. We came to Sapa after typhoon Yagi. During our stay we felt completely safe and the landscape is still beautiful.

We had an amazing stay with Ming and Vân. Both were very warm and welcoming and super attentive throughout the stay, providing great recommendations for activities each day we stayed (originally intended to stay one night and ended up staying three). They were also super helpful organizing transport and fansipan for us. We would highly recommend a stay with them and the view from the room over the valley was spectacular.

Thanks to Van and her family we felt very welcome in sapa. They showed us a lot of routes and trips for around sapa and also helped use book it. They recomended us for every day an activity or a very detailed route because of that we could see sapa on the best way posible. Everything was very clean and the view from the balcony was exceptional. They offered us a laundry service and we got our laundry very fast. The whole family was very accommodating and always offered help immediately. The price-performance ratio was great. The location was perfect in the center of sapa. Would absolutly recomend to stay in the botanic sapa hotel. We would always choose this hotel again.
