Lo Lo Homestay & Cafe Meo Vac

The lady who ran this place was very nice but that’s where anything good ends. I’m used to firm mattresses in South East Asia and actually like them, but the mattress here was like sleeping on concrete ! This was compounded by a dog barking outside my room all night from just after midnight ! I tried to locate it by looking out of my room but all I could hear was barks and growls and saw nothing. I didn’t want to go outside in case the dog attacked me. I left my room several times which was off the main downstairs area but couldn’t find anybody not even a phone number ! As a result I was extremely tired the next day. The lady was apologetic the next morning and claimed she didn’t hear the dog stating it must have been about 4 or 5 in the morning ! I explained that it was just after midnight that it started with very brief pauses before continuing all night. Banana pancakes for breakfast were just about ok. I had far better at other home stays which were like 5 star hotels compared to this one !
