Premier Inn Dudley (Kingswinford)

Rooms were dirty and corridor was a mess. Looked as though the lift was under service and the corridors were filthy. Staff were warm and welcoming. Other customers though didn't have a care for other customers they were rood and in the room next to me the TV was so loud all night i didn't sleep at all will not be returning.

Lovely staff and nice clean rooms but the bed and pillows are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced with Premier Inn, they were awful and we came home early because of it. The hotel was in principle really good value for money but if you can't sleep comfortably it's not really good value is it.

We were forced to find somewhere late in the day, as the accomodation we had booked was totally unacceptable and not anything like the advert. Thankfully, we found this Premier Inn and booked it immediately. It was an hours drive from Stoke-on-Trent but when we arrived we were so relieved. We had to ask ourselves why we didn't book a Premier Inn in the first place as they are always good quality and generally affordable. Next time we will look for a Premier Inn first! The lady, Debbie could hardly have been more helpful or supportive. She recommended a local Chinese takeaway (whi h was delicious, and came in about 10-15 minutes!), and a garage just a minute from the hotel where I bought a nice bottle of wine to go with our food. It's nice and quiet here and very comfortable. Everything was to a good standard so we are very happy to recommended this as a place to stay. Thank ypu Debbie, and thanks Premier Inns!

I’ve been staying at the Premier Inn Kingswinford near Dudley four nights a week for the past six months, and it’s been a consistently excellent experience. From the moment I check in, I’m always greeted with a warm welcome—especially from Debbie on reception. She’s friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The rooms are spotless, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest. The restaurant staff are also fantastic. Lorraine, in particular, always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. The menu has plenty of variety and is great value for money. If you’re looking for a reliable, welcoming place to stay in the area, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The amazing team truly makes it feel like a home away from home.

OK stay , food in restaurant was ok had smothered chicken and chips only warm chips looked like from day before ,garlic bread over cooked and only warm, staff nice , been to other premier inns much nicer !!!!! .door rattles everything someone walks through inner doors .

Noisy if stay near entrance room. During night time, when people pass through our room, our door will produce "bang bang" sound. So awake us. We cant sleep well as noisy.And during check out I couldn't see the staff, so I didn't tell staff about that.
