Premier Inn Trowbridge

Very nice stay

Francis and Tian exceptional, went beyond our expectations. Incredibly efficient and friendly yet remaining professional. Went out if the way to help with a massive problem we had with our booking. We did also have problems with the free car park as we got charged, but this is out of their remit although apparently they get a number of complaints about it.

Stayed there for 2 weeks for work , everything was great and the kitchen staff were excellent , breakfast was great and the evening meals were great too , we had a couple of issues with our payment and Sarah and Kayleigh sorted it all out . We only stay this area once a year and we will be back next year .

The nicest Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed at! Parking was plentiful and close by, everything was spotless and very tidy. We were greeted by a handwritten note and some chocolates in the room, and every member of staff was helpful, upbeat, and professional. I have no complaints whatsoever. I really would recommend this location as it is simply brilliant!

We had such a great stay at Premier Inn Trowbridge. Rooms were great - clean, tidy, and quiet. Such comfy beds, sheets, and pillows. Such a great sleep. Breakfast was so good and such great value with kids eat free! By far the highlight was the staff who were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We felt so welcome, what a great experience. Haoxin was so friendly, as were all the rest of the staff - our waiter at dinner was so entertaining. Honestly, can't say enough great things. Really great stay, highly recommended.

We were on our way home when I’ll health meant we had to postpone our journey. We looked around and found Premier Inn at Trowbridge to be the best value and close by. We were impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of the staff and the cleanliness, and comfort of the room. It was just what we needed. The location was great being close to shops, restaurants and even the cinema. Thank you for helping us and providing everything we needed.

A personal Thank you to the following Staff who were helpful, friendly and did their best to go the Extra Mile - Kayleigh, Alan, Sarah, Oli and Albert. This hotel is well situated for what we needed it for on a small night away and visit to Longleat.

Clean and comfy room as I would expect from premier inn. Friendly staff and helpful approach to food allergies (although breakfast was good the range of food available was quite limited). However the room was far too hot, the windows didn’t open and air con was ineffective - we did not sleep well as a result.
