Holiday Inn Trnava

I booked my reservation through best hotel deals booking website and paid through online. But after check out when I ask for invoice and receipt for reimbursement to my company . They denied and not provide me the invoice . They asked me to get the invoice from site I booked for accommodation saying like they cannot provide me . I checked with the site and cannot found. I really disappointed and will never recommend any one who is paying online through website and don't expect any bills from holiday inn hotel . I never experienced this problem in any other hotel.

Friendly staff in the hotel and nicely decorated rooms, in which the cleanliness was quite satisfactory. The dining room offers a wide variety of food and the lobby offers the possibility to work on their computer and order a drink from the bar. The surroundings of the hotel offer a great opportunity to visit local restaurants or simply take a walk through the old town.

This is probably one of the worlds most unique Holiday inns. The staff are great and the facilites are excellent, the rooms and suites are spacious but it feels like walking through a dungeon. The walls and halls are dark and strangely decorated, its really odd but the rooms are colourful spacious and very comfortable I stayed 2 nights in a suite and enjoyed a really nice breakfast each morning. I was well serviced by a freindly staff and my experiance was very positive. The spa was very nice and I enjoyed my visit.

This place is a well located, modern, comfortable Holiday Inn in a fantastic location for visiting beautiful Trnava. Parking is a bit tricky; garage is small and was full but I found public street parking near the hotel which was convenient once I figured out how to pay for it (walk up the street to the kiosk, feed euro coins and get a ticket to place on your dashboard). Service was friendly but took a little prompting. Breakfast was a good four star standard. My only real complaint (and it's more of a chuckle than a complaint) is the ridiculous lighting and theme of the hallways. I couldn't quite figure it out but hallways are very dim with only green light bars around the doors, giving it the feeling of either an amusement park funhouse or a tacky Love Hotel. I don't think that is the desired theme (there was some indecipherable writing on the walls maybe Latin? and some interesting drawings above the doors) and whatever they were going for didn't quite work other than to make it a bizarre adventure every time you walk down the hallway. Other than that, this hotel is a good base and I'm glad to have spent a day exploring Trnava.

This was a last-minute booking without too much research and I was quite surprised by the levels of luxury and comfort this hotel provided - well above what I expected from a Holiday Inn establishment in Europe! LOCATION: Fantastic location right next to the main square and walkable from all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Lobby level that is great for a pre-drink before you head out. Didnt have a chance to try the breakfast ROOM: We stayed in Room 218, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the city from very random windows that were slanted; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: GOod spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a good range of weights and Cardio machines good enough for a decent workout SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages
