Die Zimmer sind nicht die besten, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Für eine Nacht passabel. Beim Abendessen fühlte ich mich dann sehr an DDR-Zeiten erinnert: warten vor halbleerem Restaurant, bis dass die Tische fertig gemacht wurden ... aber niemand machte. Dann Buffet-Essen der wenig erfreulichen Art, als ob Buffet alleine nicht schon schlimm genug ist. Das kann man in Kuba besser - andernorts.

Lo peor no se los recomiendo servicio pésimo desde las 7 pm en fila para comer y son las 10 pm y aún sin entrar al restaurante..El agua de la piscina sucia...no hay ni agua para beber

Tuve una muy buena experiencia pero me decilusionó mucho q estan robandole a los cliente a la cara, el ejemplo de la cerveza tiene un precio de 90 cuando la importada deberia costar 45 cup al igual q el refresco gaseado alcanza el precio q tiene en la calle q es.de 200 cup, este hotel es islazul, puede q piensen q uno es un miserable por reclamar esto pero creo q es lo justo, ya q pagas la reservacion y creo q tanto directivos como jefes de areas en especifico deberia tomar en cuenta esto, 🤙
