Der Service ist super. Wir mussten wegen eines Waldbrandes unsere Ankunft um wenige Tage verschieben. Hatte aber keine Flexbuchung gemacht und waren daher auf die Kulanz der Inhaber angewiesen. Diese gingen auf einen alternativen Termin ein und wir buchten sogar noch eine Nacht extra. Gleichzeitig war die Unterkunft auch sehr nah zur Bahn und ein Ausflug nach Venedig war mit einer sehr kurzen Bahnfahrt möglich. Abends waren wir froh, dass wir nicht in Venedig übernachtet hatten, sondern den Abend gemütlich in TREVISO ausklingen lassen konnten.

Wir reisen rund um Italien und haben Treviso gewählt, um Freunde zu treffen. Nachdem wir gerade ein schönes Hotel in Verona verlassen und dieses Hotel wurde höher bewertet als unsere letzte Lage, warten wir auf die nächste Stufe unserer Reise. Große Lage und nahe dem Bahnhof, aber dann kamen wir in. Das Empfangsgebiet war nicht müde, es war erschöpft. Ledermöbel wurden geteilt und gespült. Materialmöbel waren sagging und unkomfortable, aber das Schlimmste war noch zu kommen - wir wurden die Schlüssel zu unserem Zimmer gegeben. Öffnen der Tür, Alkohol riechen Sie sofort und werfen Sie das Licht wandte sich zum Schock. Das Zimmer war seit der 1980s. Linen wirdbar, Tränen im Kopfschrank und schreckliche Form nicht dekoriert. Wir gingen sofort zurück zur Rezeption. Dann gab ich Schlüssel zu einem Zimmer im ersten Stock und während der Kopfschirm intakt war, ich sah nicht Form, es war immer noch einfach schrecklich. Ich habe bessere Ramshackle B&Bs im Vereinigten Königreich gesehen!! Der Korridor zum Zimmer wurde umgeladen - aber das ganze Hotel brauchte mehr - viel mehr!! Wir stornierten sofort unsere Buchung und wählen ein Hotel weiter aus dem Stadtzentrum. Das ist nicht für das feige Herz!

Nachdem ich jetzt in diesem Hotel geblieben bin, bin ich wirklich überrascht, dass die Bewertungen so gemischt sind. Es war viel besser als wir erwartet hatten und wir hatten dort einen schönen komfortablen Abend. Wir waren auf einem Zugurlaub, so war es wichtig, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs zu sein. Das Hotel ist ca. fünf Minuten entfernt und einen einfachen Spaziergang. Wir wurden warm bei der Rezeption begrüßt und unser Hotel hatte ungewöhnlich unsere Zimmeranfragen gehorcht. Leider waren keine Balkonzimmer verfügbar, aber das Hotel verfügt über eine wunderbare große und komfortabele Terrasse, die einen ausgezeichneten Entspannungsbereich bietet. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich, aber extrem komfortable. Gute Betten und Kissen und hervorragende Klimaanlage. Es gibt eine grundlegende Minibar, die belastet ist und ein zusätzlicher Luxus war, dass es ein Bad hatte! Wir waren nur Zimmer, so dass wir nicht kommentieren können das Essen, aber das Wi-Fi war kostenlos für unbegrenzte Geräte und sehr hohe Qualität. Das Hotel verfügt über alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen, und wir würden dort wieder ohne Zwietracht gehen. Ein besonderer Verweis auf das Rezeption-Personal, das hervorragend ist.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel, La camera : bella pulita e funzionale La colazione : di tutto e di più se dovessi fare la descrizione di tutti i prodotti esposti al buffet ci verrebbero pagine e pagine, inoltre la signore che gestisce il reparto colazioni simpaticissima e disponibile, sempre sorridente, la reception super , una gentilezza che mi lasciava a bocca aperta , struttura comodissima ,a 1 minuto dalla stazione ,lo consiglierò a tutti , qualità prezzo FAVOLOSO , Complimenti ai titolari ,hanno uno staff di tutto rispetto, tornerò appena possibile

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

Tip on reaching the B&B: Don't exit the train station but take the tunnel (yes the same platform type of tunnel) to reach the B&B. Lovely house close to the train station. A bit tight room for 3 people with private bathroom but a very inviting, big & shared 2nd floor dining room where daily breakfast was served. Breakfast consisted of a wonderful spread of cornetto, salume, cheese, yogurt, fruits, milk, cappucino, etc. You can also use it for your DIY meals (lunch and dinner). It's equipped with a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, etc. If the weather is nice you can even go out onto the large balcony (it was windy & rainy during our stay). There are also 2 small couches in that room as well. Rooms were cleaned daily, beds made, and new towels supplied. There's a refillable bottle of water inside the room with drinking glasses. I have nothing but positive experience thanks to Ivano (& Barbara & her dog), the lovely hosts who made us feel like we were right at home during our stay. I recommend 100%!!!

Dude ist gut gelegen, es gibt einen Platz zum Aufbewahren von Gepäck vor dem Check-in, das Frühstück ist gut (wenn man es kauft, kostet es für Kinder den halben Preis). Außerdem gibt es für Kinder eine Ermäßigung auf die Ortstaxe. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, es gibt einen Haartrockner.

I cannot recommend this hotel at all. They do not take their customers seriously and they are happy to sell a product they do not have. Explanation: We had booked the hotel for a single day. We booked it because they advertised their SPA / Pool area which looked great, but when we arrived in the afternoon the whole area was closed down, big disappointment when you have been driving for a long time and just needed to relax. There was a sign at the check-in counter that the pool will be closed on the 6/8, but we arrived the day before and it was closed. Nothing was written in the confirmation mail from them. If so we would have canelled and found another hotel. In addition to this huge minus which they will not refund, there were other problems with the hotel: • Could not get hot water for the bathtub, so we could not enjoy that either. • An air conditioner that can only go down to 22 degrees, is not comfortable when you have to sleep. • On the other hand, it was so cold in their restaurant in the morning that you froze while sitting there. • The breakfast was terrible. Day-old bread, half-rotten fruit, bacon that was either not fried or it was burnt. • For lunch we could only choose one dish from their menu which otherwise looked delicious - on paper. Normally I do not write bad reviews, but the hotel has been contacted several times and will not give any form of compensation nor do the take any responsibility at all, therefore I have chosen to describe my experience. I also met 2 others at the hotel the day we were there and they had the same experience.

Das Personal war nett, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit guter Größe. Wir fanden in unserem Zimmer ständig Ameisen, überall. Die Sicherheit des Gebäudes hätte besser sein können, das Schloss der Balkontür sah aus, als wäre es aufgebrochen worden und sah nicht sehr sicher aus usw. Wir zahlten bei der Buchung 30 £ für das Frühstück für 4 Tage, es gibt eine große Auswahl, man kann nach Eiern und Speck fragen (würde ich nicht empfehlen). Die Lage war sehr gut, man ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, die Damen im Helpcenter waren sehr hilfsbereit und man kann die Fahrkartenautomaten auf seine Sprache einstellen, also sehr hilfsbereit, außerdem sehr günstig. Man ist zu Fuß von einer kleinen Stadt mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants entfernt. Wenn Sie über eine Urlaubsseite buchen, beachten Sie, dass dieses Hotel nicht in Venedig liegt.
