I cannot recommend this hotel at all. They do not take their customers seriously and they are happy to sell a product they do not have. Explanation: We had booked the hotel for a single day. We booked it because they advertised their SPA / Pool area which looked great, but when we arrived in the afternoon the whole area was closed down, big disappointment when you have been driving for a long time and just needed to relax. There was a sign at the check-in counter that the pool will be closed on the 6/8, but we arrived the day before and it was closed. Nothing was written in the confirmation mail from them. If so we would have canelled and found another hotel. In addition to this huge minus which they will not refund, there were other problems with the hotel: • Could not get hot water for the bathtub, so we could not enjoy that either. • An air conditioner that can only go down to 22 degrees, is not comfortable when you have to sleep. • On the other hand, it was so cold in their restaurant in the morning that you froze while sitting there. • The breakfast was terrible. Day-old bread, half-rotten fruit, bacon that was either not fried or it was burnt. • For lunch we could only choose one dish from their menu which otherwise looked delicious - on paper. Normally I do not write bad reviews, but the hotel has been contacted several times and will not give any form of compensation nor do the take any responsibility at all, therefore I have chosen to describe my experience. I also met 2 others at the hotel the day we were there and they had the same experience.

Wir haben uns bei unserem Zwischenstopp in der Nähe von Venedig für dieses Hotel entschieden. Das Personal hat uns außerordentlich freundlich begrüßt. Unser Wunsch, nach einem Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels, wurde direkt erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher im Keller verwahren. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir auf der Durchreise von Korsika nach Österreich waren. Da wir sehr viel reisen, haben wir auch schon viel erlebt (besonders in den letzten zwei Jahren). In dem Best Western Premier BHR Treviso Hotel wurden mein Mann und ich allerdings sehr angenehm überrascht. Es war vom Einchecken, über die Sauberkeit und Größe des Zimmer, bis zur Küche inkl. dem Service im Restaurant alles perfekt. Sogar unser Auto war durch einen Garagenplatz versorgt. Ich hatte mich an dem Abend sehr wohl gefühlt. Selten ein Hotel wo wirklich alles passt. Es war schade, dass wir dieses Service nur eine Nacht genießen konnten. Wir haben uns allerdings vorgenommen hier einmal länger Urlaub zu machen :-). Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben hier in einer Notsituation übernachtet, nachdem unser Flug einen Tag Verspätung hatte. Sie konnten 10 von uns problemlos in vier Zimmern unterbringen. Wir kamen viel früher als zum Check-in an, aber das hat sie nicht gestört. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, von der Rezeptionistin, die uns jeweils ein kostenloses Getränk besorgte und ein Zimmer für unsere Koffer fand, bis zum Rettungsschwimmer, der uns Handtücher für den Pool besorgte, und dem Barpersonal, das uns einen Fußball zum Fußballspielen für unseren Enkel besorgte. Das Mittagessen war sein Geld wert, hochwertige Snacks und große Portionen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es gab viele kleine Extras, darunter Hausschuhe, Bademäntel, Kekse, Rasier- und Zahnbürstensets sowie traditionelle Toilettenartikel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot viel Auswahl. Wir konnten an unserem Besuch nichts bemängeln.

Pacchetto ”Fuga romantica” già utilizzato anni fà stavolta però camera standard abbastanza malandata (niente cassaforte, lampada bagno bruciata, lampada sul letto staccata) la volta precedente era vista lago; zona wellness a pagamento la volta precedente era compresa, massaggio THAI sempre spettacolare e rilassante, cena THAI con tempi lunghissimi pur non essendoci una grande affluenza (1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo) ”2 ore” il caffè l'ho preso al banco per stanchezza. Peccato il posto è sempre spettacolare e la struttura magnifica anche se mostra i primi segni del tempo

Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt, ist aber in einer ruhigen kleinen Stadt, so nicht toll, wenn Sie Venedig als Touristen besuchen, aber wir fliegen nach Venedig als 'bester verfügbarer Flughafen'. Das Hotel ist schön, Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist ruhig so groß für Ruhe nach langer Flug. Personal ist professionell und sehr hilfsbereit. Keine Beschwerden, keine Überraschungen, werden dort wieder bleiben, wenn wir nach Venedig fliegen.

Ich bin gerade von meinem Urlaub nach Italien nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Dieses Hotel war eines meiner Haltestellen und ich möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Alle Mitarbeiter in diesem Crowne Plaza waren unglaublich und hilfreich. Unzweifellos eins der freundlichsten Mitarbeiter! Nach der Ankunft hat uns eine Rezeptionistin freundlich in gut verständlicher Englisch begrüßt: Sie hat unsere Fragen beantwortet, uns eine Stadtkarte gegeben und uns die Einrichtungen erläutert. Der Restaurantmanager und sein Team waren sehr freundlich und sehr flexible (dies wurde geschätzt!). Die Kellner waren so nett und erfüllten alle zusätzlichen Anfragen. Am Ende und bei Checkout war ich froh, den Generalmanager zu treffen. Ich habe ihre Art und Weise geschätzt, eine gute Führung zu bieten und wie sie die Gastservice-Abteilung unterstützt. Hinweis, das ist kein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Ich möchte den 5. Stern wegen der guten Mitarbeiter hinzufügen. Die Atmosphäre ist so besondere, dass es wirklich wie zu Hause für uns fühlt. Alle Achtung für Sie, weil Sie hier eine tolle Arbeit gemacht haben; ein wahres Beispiel für eine hervorragende Gastfreundschaft! Bereits geplant mein nächster Besuch im Hotel! In Liebe!

Alles war sauber. Das Doppelbett war nur zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt. Die mitgelieferten Handtücher waren gut und reichlich. Allerdings war die Menge des Duschegels/Schampons für zwei Personen unzureichend. Wir konnten nur einen offenen Stromabnehmer finden, um unsere Ladegeräte zu setzen, was ein Unbehagen war, aber vielleicht haben wir andere verpasst. Der größte Beschwerde wäre die Abwesenheit eines Fans (oder oberhalb des Dachs) so war es ziemlich heiß im Zimmer, die Fenster hatten keinen Schutz vor Fehlern, so dass wir sie nicht öffneten. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, es ist nahe dem Busbahnhof, Sie können in 30 Minuten nach Venedig. Das Personal war freundlich und lassen Sie uns im Lobby bleiben, bevor wir anmelden können. Insgesamt hätte ein Fan für den Preis, den wir nicht wirklich beschweren können, die Erfahrung jedoch viel besser gemacht.

This hotel is advertised as 3 stars, but comes nowhere near to meeting the minimum requirements for 3 stars - It may have been a long time ago but it is definitely not anymore. Staff are not Italian, but from Bangladesh. Communication was an issue - there was only one staff member that worked in the afternoon that could understand English. If you ask them to order you a taxi, they get one of their ”friends” to transport you (which costs more than a normal taxi). The rooms are very small and tired. The bathroom floors are very slippery - my mother fell and hurt herself. Check-in was only available from 3 pm. We arrived on an 11 am flight and were made to wait till 3 pm. There is nowhere to leave luggage securely until check-in. After waiting till 3.30, the cleaner was still busy in the room when we went upstairs to settle in. There is no dining facility (the dining room is closed up). The air-conditioning only operates in the cooler hours of the day - not active between 1 am and 6 am and also between 9 am and 4 pm, which are the hottest parts when needed most and turns off if you open a window and you have to call reception to reset it. It turns off when you leave the room and remove the key. Lots of mosquitoes. We had two different rooms during our stay and both had issues with non-working lights and power points, no bar fridge, and only 1 skinny pillow (more were supplied after multiple requests). There is a lift, but only large enough for one person and a small suitcase. the two of us had to take turns in the lift with our suitcases. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put clothes, toiletries, etc (only one small towel rail and hook) - nowhere in the shower for soaps, etc. Rooms are only serviced (cleaned and re-stocked) every second day. It is convenient to public transport, however, there are very limited and mostly poor eating options in the area. The beds were comfy enough. Only Italian channels were available on the TV in the room.
