Sehr bequem, wenn Sie nach Venedig gehen, können Sie hier leben, 100 m oben ist die Bahnhofsstation, bis zum Zentrum von Venedig eine halbe Stunde!! Die Umgebung ist auch eine sehr charakteristische alte Stadt, die alte Stadt ist in der Wasserstraße! Tiramisu ist am Anfang hier, das Essen ist sehr lecker

I cannot recommend this hotel at all. They do not take their customers seriously and they are happy to sell a product they do not have. Explanation: We had booked the hotel for a single day. We booked it because they advertised their SPA / Pool area which looked great, but when we arrived in the afternoon the whole area was closed down, big disappointment when you have been driving for a long time and just needed to relax. There was a sign at the check-in counter that the pool will be closed on the 6/8, but we arrived the day before and it was closed. Nothing was written in the confirmation mail from them. If so we would have canelled and found another hotel. In addition to this huge minus which they will not refund, there were other problems with the hotel: • Could not get hot water for the bathtub, so we could not enjoy that either. • An air conditioner that can only go down to 22 degrees, is not comfortable when you have to sleep. • On the other hand, it was so cold in their restaurant in the morning that you froze while sitting there. • The breakfast was terrible. Day-old bread, half-rotten fruit, bacon that was either not fried or it was burnt. • For lunch we could only choose one dish from their menu which otherwise looked delicious - on paper. Normally I do not write bad reviews, but the hotel has been contacted several times and will not give any form of compensation nor do the take any responsibility at all, therefore I have chosen to describe my experience. I also met 2 others at the hotel the day we were there and they had the same experience.

”Ho recentemente soggiornato all'hotel Una 'Le Terrazze' di Villorba e vorrei condividere la mia esperienza. Innanzitutto, devo elogiare lo staff dell'hotel, che merita un 10 pieno. In particolare, il ragazzo che mi ha fatto il check-in è stato eccezionale. La struttura ha diversi punti di forza: la pulizia delle camere è impeccabile, c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti, e la colazione è ottima, offrendo una vasta scelta di opzioni gustose. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati: 1. Il sistema di aria condizionata nelle camere è un po' datato e non permette di regolare la ventola. Questo ha causato problemi di rumore che hanno disturbato il mio sonno. 2. L'asciugacapelli in bagno non ha una potenza sufficiente per un'asciugatura efficace. 3. L'assenza di un servizio in camera o di un ristorante interno limita le opzioni per i pasti, soprattutto per chi soggiorna per motivi di lavoro o preferisce la comodità di mangiare in hotel. Nonostante questi punti, il mio giudizio complessivo è positivo. Spero che la direzione possa considerare questi feedback non come critiche negative, ma come opportunità di miglioramento per rendere l'esperienza degli ospiti ancora migliore in futuro.”

Gutes Hotel - wie Sie von einem Hilton Brand erwarten würden. Zimmer sind groß und Betten und Betten sind komfortabel. Die Hotelkorridore brauchen eine Renovierung oder Reinigung. Negativpunkt - das Reinigungspersonal ersetzt nicht Wasser / Tee / Kaffee etc ... Für die Rezeption benötigt werden, um dies zu erhalten. Die Lage ist eine Frage, Sie haben kein Auto. Es gibt keinen öffentlichen Verkehr in der Nähe, keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants, die Sie gehen können. Die nächsten Geschäfte / Restaurants sind 8 Minuten Fahrt.

Das Hotel hat eine günstige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Zimmer sind zwar zufriedenstellend, aber es ist wirklich das außergewöhnliche Personal, das das Gesamterlebnis aufwertet. Besonders Mary und ein unglaublich hilfsbereiter großer Herr, dessen Name mir leider entfallen ist, haben alles Menschenmögliche getan, um uns zu helfen. Ein leuchtendes Beispiel für ihre Hingabe war, als wir uns mitten in der Nacht verirrten. Mary, die ihr unerschütterliches Engagement für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste unter Beweis stellte, organisierte umgehend, dass ihr Mann uns zu Hilfe kam, da zu dieser späten Stunde keine Taxis verfügbar waren. Ihr bemerkenswerter Service hinterließ wirklich einen bleibenden Eindruck.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The air conditioning system was out of order for the entire duration of my stay. On the first day, I pointed out the problem of the high temperature in the accommodation to the reception staff. Three times in the afternoon and the same evening, I pointed out that the temperature was not dropping. I was informed that the reception had adjusted the temperature directly, but the heat continued to be unbearable. I would like to point out that no one from the hotel has ever come to check on the situation. Late in the evening, after my request, I was given a fan; the receptionist put the fan on maximum. At night, between the room's heat and the fan's noise, it was impossible to sleep. After a sleepless night, I again reported the situation to the receptionist the following morning. Only then was I informed that there was a problem with the system in the entire hotel, and it would certainly be resolved within the day, which did not occur on the same day or the following days. Above all I would like to underline the lack of communication and attention towards the customer, no hotel staff member was ever kind enough to inform me that the system had not been fixed, and would be in disuse for the days of my stay. I understand that circumstances can be unpredictable, but I feel it is important to share these details so that you can fully understand the inconveniences we faced during our stay.

Ich bin gerade von meinem Urlaub nach Italien nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Dieses Hotel war eines meiner Haltestellen und ich möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Alle Mitarbeiter in diesem Crowne Plaza waren unglaublich und hilfreich. Unzweifellos eins der freundlichsten Mitarbeiter! Nach der Ankunft hat uns eine Rezeptionistin freundlich in gut verständlicher Englisch begrüßt: Sie hat unsere Fragen beantwortet, uns eine Stadtkarte gegeben und uns die Einrichtungen erläutert. Der Restaurantmanager und sein Team waren sehr freundlich und sehr flexible (dies wurde geschätzt!). Die Kellner waren so nett und erfüllten alle zusätzlichen Anfragen. Am Ende und bei Checkout war ich froh, den Generalmanager zu treffen. Ich habe ihre Art und Weise geschätzt, eine gute Führung zu bieten und wie sie die Gastservice-Abteilung unterstützt. Hinweis, das ist kein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Ich möchte den 5. Stern wegen der guten Mitarbeiter hinzufügen. Die Atmosphäre ist so besondere, dass es wirklich wie zu Hause für uns fühlt. Alle Achtung für Sie, weil Sie hier eine tolle Arbeit gemacht haben; ein wahres Beispiel für eine hervorragende Gastfreundschaft! Bereits geplant mein nächster Besuch im Hotel! In Liebe!

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war köstlich, vor allem die Süßigkeiten. Es war sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof gut erreichbar und es gab auch gute Verbindungen zur Insel. Es gab ein paar seltsame Gestalten, die durch die Gegend liefen, aber insgesamt war es als alleinreisende Frau durchaus machbar.
