Hotel pulito e confortevole e ottima colazione.

Das Hotel liegt 15 Minuten von Trient entfernt. Es liegt ruhig am Rande der Stadt. Hat einen schönen Garten und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderer und Mountainbiker. Das Frühstück ist gut mit viel Obst. Wir hatten Halbpension mit 4 Gängen bei 3 Auswahlmöglichkeiten je Gang. Die Zimmer sind sauber und neu renoviert. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Hotel ist gut, mit sauberen Zimmern. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Der große Negativpunkt ist das angebotene Essen, Das nur in der Mikrowelle warm gemachte Essen ist eine Katastrophe. Mann musste einige Stunden vorher das Essen auf einer Karte ankreuzen, dann bekam man nach sehr langer Wartezeit das aufgewärmte Essen.

positiv: schön am Hang gelegen, freundlicher Service, alles sauber, sehr ruhig, modernes Zimmer, gemütliches Haus, Parkmöglichkeiten, Frühstücksbüffet in Ordnung, gutes Bett, preislich ok negativ: Sitzbereich außen überschaubar, Restaurant könnte ansprechender sein, extra Gebühren für den Wellnessbereich, unterm Strich zwischen drei und vier Sternen

Headed to the magnificent Trentino region with a relaxed mood & family together. Nice place, clean, away from the city center, as planned. Service overall is below any 3-4 stars I’ve been around the world, not matching what they are providing. Since the arrival until we left, not a touch of warmth whatsoever. We had dinner & the last serving was by her self, managing more than 30 guests at the same time… she did well despite the lack of staff I must say. Breakfast is simply shocking… Buffett is way below average with limited choise of food, no alternatives to vegetarian as requested via email prior our arrival. Lots of guests complained in the breakfast room for lacking of plates, food, coffee etc. again, 1 server at breakfast only to manage everything… Never again

Something you do not expect. Great quality and family feeling. Defenetly a place to return and suggest. Style of the place is nicely selected and peacefullness is the total throughout the property . Perfect

Wether you want peace or party, maybe ski or have a walk or biking, is all possible. Trento historical city is 10 minutes by bus and 20 minutes at 1700 m Here you can be with a couple or alone to experience all your heart desires. The luxury in this hotel is not to explain but rather that you see and visualize it yourself. Your own experience is that what counts not the pictures that you see. CTB

Ottima struttura dove ti senti coccolato ottima posizione per visitare Trento e Arco di Trento. Colazione abbondante con molta scelta di dolce,salato e frutta cena con piatti tipici buonissimi

Posto incantevole, la vista e' mozzafiato. La struttura molto pulita, l'area wellness e relax molto accogliente. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il menu del ristorante e' eccellente

Bella struttura, camere molto ampie, zone comuni molto accoglienti. Ottima colazione. Non abbiamo usufruito del centro benessere per mancanza di tempo. Consigliato.

Posto favolosi belle camminate,il welness curato ,le stanze pulite, personale gentile, un punto al favore va al cuoco,in quanto le portate sono state ottime. Un ringraziamento on particolare al cameriere e la suo professionalità gentilezza, Torneremo di sicuro.

Colazione pessima nonostante sia stato richiesto un mese prima ci fosse del cibo senza lattosio. È stata consegnata una confezione di biscotti acquistati in un market comunicando che non avevano altro a disposizione. Asciugamani non sostituiti il giorno dopo. Alla reception nessuna premura rispetto a quanto segnalato.

Soggiorno rilassante in un ambiente familiare, caldo e accogliente.Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare l'atmosfera data dall arredamento tipico e dall illuminazione soft in tutta la struttura, oltre all'ottima colazione ed alla gentilezza del personale sempre disponibile e attento.Ci torneremo volentieri
