Buchung über *******. Bei denen lief alles normal. Bei Ankunft im Hotel aber wurden wir informiert, dass wir jedesmal wenn wir zu zweit den hoteleigenen Sparbereich nutzen wollen 40€ zahlen sollen. In den Buchungsunterlagen war keine Rede davon. Bei anderen Kosten, wie zB Parken (15€) war das klar der Buchung zu entnehmen. Das ist mir bei deutlich über 100 Aufenthalten in Hotels mit Pool/Spa noch nicht passiert. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Kommunikation mit dem Hotel schon vorab bei Buchung über ******* sehr erschwert, wir sollten trotz vollständiger Bezahlung, noch irgendwelche Fomulare schicken. Bei Ankunft kühler Empfang, aber noch professionell. Dann wurden wir informiert, dass wir pro Person für 2h Nutzung des Spabereiches 20 Euro zahlen sollen. In den Buchubgsunterlagen war keine Rede davon, auch nicht im Kleingedruckten. Nun sind wir ab heute für 3 Tage hier und kommen sicher nie wieder!

Hi Folks, dieses Hotel kenne ich seit mehr als 30 Jahre, hier war ich früher viel Geschäftlich, nun es hat sich viel verändert und sehr zum besten. Hier ist war unsere Hochzeitsparty und jetzt heiratet ein Neffe und wir sind einige Tage Hotelgäste. Gestern der Abend, Aussenbar, direkt am Felsen unterhalb der Burg, einfach genial und der Service einfach sehr gut und sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer alle Perfekt, die Juniorsuite auch ein Träumchen. Frühstück, alles was der geschmackvolle Gast sucht wird hier gereicht 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Der Restaurantbetrieb ist auch sehr gut, jederzeit gerne wieder, es ist für eine Nacht bis eine Woche eine sehr gute Heimzelle, alle sind sehr bemüht und von daher, Dankeschön.

High quality hotel, well maintained and clean, in a great location for exploring Trencin. Rooms spacious with good (and necessary in summer) air conditioning. Reception staff were very helpful before we arrived (allocation neighbouring rooms) and whilst there (helping us find a laundrette open on weekends)

The hotel is located in best areas in town Rooms are excellent Food is really good The stuff are the best thing , really working for you to fill comfort and relax Always clean and the best thing is that I know next year… no worries because I know where to stay ❤️

Very nice and spacious hotel, a mixture of old architecture with modern design details. The parking is missing so you have to park across the street at the public garage. Breakfast is very good with plenty of food varieties to choose from.

TLDR: + super friendly staff and speak English well + nice clean airconditioned quiet rooms + breakfast pastries, fried eggs, and choice + good coffee + nice wellness and good priced great massage + easy parking 15/day good price + fantastic gym! + best location in Trencin - low water pressure - kids in the wellness when it should be adult only overall a great hotel, based on 3 night review. good clean rooms, super friendly staff during checking and general when we had questions, we needed an iron for clothes and that was super quick, easy parking ( 15/day) wellness was ok, 2 nice saunas ( herbal and Finnish) then a steam room that has little steam, and then a 4th room that somehow didn't do much ( just 35 degree, the water didnt work) pool we didn't try, but you can order drinks at the pool and its fast and an ok price ( 3.5 euro for 0.5l Radler) massage was 36 for 50 minutes, and it was great. gym was great, ell equipped and free weights, all machines are dual use, so push machine is also a pull ( very clever choice and design, good use of space, 24/7, loved our daily workouts) breakfast was good, nice coffee, nice fried eggs one day, another day it was fried break that was not good. lots of choice in cold cuts, really nice pastry crumble. overall lovely hotel, I wont even go back to Slovakia, but if somehow I do, I would stay again. The interior was nice as well, great renovation, modern plus the classic look

Beautiful modern hotel in a traditional building. Fabulous breakfast buffet and great restaurant. Excellent service. Rooms modern and spacious. If the rooms would have a coffee machine and water kettle and if the restaurant would have decent napkins instead of paper I would give it 5 stars.

I believe our issue was that we came in with high expectations - hotel is highly rated + we got recommendations from family. It was eventually a good stay. I would highlight sauna area; staff in the cafe; visual of room and the hotel; very noise cancelling walls (we could not hear anyone from the other rooms but we could hear a bit from the street); also breakfast was good;massage; location:) The places for development: - 10 cm gap between the beds - staff in the reception was not welcoming. Every question we asked seemed a bit painful for them to answer. We even heard the other receptionist had an argument with one other visitor on the phone and it was not professional. On the other hand the lady who worked on 1.1.2023 on the reception was more the professional and very helpful! - as we stayed during New Years Eve we expected some information regarding the opening hours of facilities and possibly an offer to buy tickets for the NYE celebrations, however this did bot happen automatically and we needed to ask all of the details. I believe they should inform guest on eg. restaurant is closed the whole day on 31st etc. To sum up, we stayed in much worse looking hotels but the welcoming atmosphere, info provided, staff behavior was on higher standard. Wish good success to the hotel for the future
