Wir hatten dieses Hotel in der Spitzensaison besucht. Wir mussten fast 3 Stunden nach dem Einchecken warten, um unser Zimmer zu bekommen. Der Empfangsmann sah ruhig und in Eile. Ich reservierte Zimmer mit Frühstück, aber der Empfangsmann sagte, es sei nicht Frühstück enthalten. Am nächsten Tag beschlossen wir, früher zu überprüfen, weil ich meine Eltern zu essen nehmen muss. Aber bevor wir c/o der Empfänger uns gebeten, etwas bfast im Restaurant zu haben. Ich bin schon 3 mal sicher, ob das bfast ist, aber sie geben mir immer noch die gleiche Antwort. Warum hat es sich 30 Minuten geändert, bevor wir gehen ?? Die Anlage in diesem Hotel ist schlimm und manche Stellen müssen renoviert werden. Hoffentlich wird das Hotel etwas verbessern.

Disediakan colokan tambahan karena colokan cuman 1. Ada heater untuk masak air panas dan air yang ditaruh di kendi. (Rekomendasi kalau mau nginep bawa air mineral sendiri, kopi sama gula). 5 Disediakan handuk sama sabun 3 batang. (Rekomendasi bawa perlengkapan mandi sendiri. Tidak disediakan shampoo, sikat sama odol). 6. Ada restorannya dengan menu Nusantara dan harga lumayan murah. (Daripada suruh masak sendiri atau nyari diluar jauh). 7. Ada wahana main anak seperti flying fox, kolam renang, taman yang sangat luas, tenda, gazebo, kolam terapi ikan. 8. Kamar mandi semi outdoor jadi bisa BAB sambil lihat pemandangan. Air panasnya enggak panas cuman hangat dan hangatnya enggak sampai suam-suam kuku.
