Ein fabulöses Hotel. Wir blieben in einem Zimmer mit einem Balkon, der eine nette Größe, sehr komfortabel und sauber war. Das Frühstück war wunderbar mit viel Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren glücklich und möchten Ihnen helfen. Sie gab uns einige Ideen für verschiedene Arten von Restaurants, einer, die wir gingen, war ein Pizza Restaurant, es war die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe! Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum des Hafens und der Strände, direkt in der Mitte der Straßen, um Sie zu den Geschäften zu nehmen. Es ist ruhig mit einem großen Park (Zahlungspflicht) und einem Gartentyp-Piazza. Es gibt eine fabulöse Backwaren/Café an das Gebäude angeschlossen. Ich würde sicherlich nochmal bleiben. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Zimmer, obwohl das Hotel aus einem sehr alten Gebäude umgewandelt ist, so dass jedes Zimmer in Form und Größe etwas anders ist.

We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our bike tour of Sicily and it was absolutely great. The location is PERFECT, the rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast area overlooking the sea is amazing (inside and outside seating). They offered all the usual Sicilian treats of pastries, meats, cheeses as well as eggs and bacon for the Americans! The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The front desk staff and manager were absolutely amazing and so kind. I had an accident and they rushed to help me and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I would DEFINITELY recommend looking no further and staying at lovely La Gancia. Thank you La Gancia.

I stayed at this marvelous hotel from 18.July- 22.July. I travel a lot but this hotel really impressed me in so warm way:) There is bus going from Trapani airport and stops 300m from hotel. Hotel is located in central part of Trapani city and very close to beach and beautiful parks with lot of flowers and palms. Old town is just 10 minutes away by foot. Beach is just few minutes away. Main walking street with lot of shops and Gelato cafes is just 2 blocks away. When I arrived to hotel, I was so impressed by beauty around, I was happy already before enter reception. When I check inn, I noticed how friendly and helpful is stuff. I adore this personal approach, felt special from first minute. All days and everyone who is working here is very helpful, smiley, polite. Stuff is just gem of that place, each of them is real treasure and made my stay so special. I have double room in 2 floor. Room was very clean, lot of space, with nice art pieces on walls. Bed was very comfortable, I had good sleep here. Breakfast is super timing for those who love sleep more in vacation- from 7:00 - 11:00. There are lot of choice for those who love salty and sweet. You can try traditional Italian cakes. And all types of coffee drinks are available:) All stuff here is so polite and helpful- I enjoy every breakfast:) If You want to visit places around Trapani, reception will help You with information. I adore everything about this super hotel. Thank You for being so special, hotel Vittoria. Die Lage ist auf halber Strecke zwischen der Stadt und dem recht schönen Strand Spiaggia di San Giuliano - direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, schräg gegenüber von einem Wertstoffhof. Schön ist sicherlich anders. Der Blick auf Trapani, das Meer und die Ägadischen Inseln ist allerdings grandios. Das Gebäude ist von der Substanz her alt, wurde in 2021 renoviert und modern gestaltet. Aber von der Renovierung ist nicht mehr viel zu sehen. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig (vor allem die zur viel befahrenen Straße gelegenen). Weiteres Problem: Die Türen zum Hotelflur sind weder schallisoliert, noch schließen sie eigenständig. D.h. jeder Gast schlägt oder zieht sie zwangsläufig fest und laut zu, sodass es in jedem Zimmer zu hören ist. Das Mobiliar in den Zimmern hat in dem Jahr seit Eröffnung schon reichlich gelitten. Oder ist von minderer Qualität. Die Gründlichkeit beim Reinigungspersonalist eher mäßig, benutztes Geschirr wird nicht weggeräumt, Flecken auf dem Boden werden nicht weggewischt. Die Außenanlagen (Sonnendeck) sind ebenfalls schon reichlich mitgenommen. Am Privatstrand liegt leider ziemlich viel Müll. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut, Aber ärgerlich und ein Frevel, dass der Espresso/Cappuccino in einem italienischen Hotel aus dem Vollautomaten kommt. Die Bar hatte - Ende Oktober - nur noch bis 23h geöffnet. Zusammengefasst; wer 4 Sterne-Niveau erwartet, wird enttäuscht - er bekommt Standard bzw. Mittelklasse. Das kann man allerdings auch günstiger bekommen, bzw. für dasselbe Geld mehr Qualität.

Ich habe keine Ahnung, warum dieses Hotel 3.5 Sterne hat und nicht 4.5/5. Wir haben buchstäblich gerade angekommen, aber vor allem was eine erstaunlich schöne Struktur und Hotel. Ich habe fast nicht buchen, wie ich von den Bewertungen abgestellt wurde, deshalb der Grund, innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach dem Eingang unseres Zimmers eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Wir kamen früh am Morgen, um von der Rezeption mit einem freundlichen Lächeln gegrüßt zu werden und trotz unseres Zimmers nicht verfügbar war das kein Problem, da sie froh waren, unsere Gepäck zu lagern, so dass wir gehen und erkunden konnten. Die sagte, zu einer Zeit, die eine halbe Stunde früher als die offizielle Eincheckung kam, kamen zurück, und gaben uns die Check-Informationen, so dass wir direkt in unser Zimmer gekommen sind. Welch erstaunliche erste Eindruck, erstaunliches Zimmer, auf der zweiten Etage, das Originalmerkmale aus der historischen sicilischen Kirche zeigt, dass das Gebäude einmal war. Das Lobbygebiet außerhalb des Zimmers hat komfortable Sofas und wieder schöne Architektur. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit Küchenbereich, Sofa und Essensbereich, Schlafzimmer und sauber und funktional. Alles ist in einem unglaublich hohen Spec, WiFi perfekt funktionieren (vollständiger Service, nicht sicher, warum die schlechten Bewertungen zu diesem vorher) dekoriert! Geh bis zu den Poolbereichen, die erstaunlich, wunderschöne Aussichten auf die Dachtoppen von Sicilien und das Meer in der Entfernung. Wer sich fürchtet, reservieren, zögert nicht wie ich, ignoriert die schlechten Bewertungen und buchen Sie sofort nicht enttäuscht werden.

19 room boutique hotel very clean everything you might need ..,breakfast nothing missing ....hotel situated in the old town of Trapani central to all shops & restaurants most of all the staff especially on reception were fantastic helpful & polite any question asked was kindly dealt with the girls Marta & Clara were so knowledgeable on the area giving me & my friend a great itinerary everyday on where to go what to see & best of all where to eat local food ice cream & cakes no problem with the English language the girls spoke at least 5 languages & very well so the experience overall was excellent I must also say that I found Trapani a very safe place to be in late at night walking around asking for direction the local people very obliging ! Food always fresh & of course if you like fish you'd be in the right place fresh tuna everywhere & prepared in all sorts of ways I would say local deli's are the best places to eat if you don't always want to sit in a restaurant & walking shoes a must if your not travelling around by car

Super mega big bed, simply divine. Big room, there was a refrigerator. Downstairs in the lobby of the hotel you can buy some snacks, also warm ones, which you can heat right there in the microwave oven. The reception staff was very responsive, I came to find it, I wanted to put my bags, but she offered to give me another room, because mine wasn't ready yet. I was so happy because I was tired. The hotel is next to the station. The room was quiet, but I could barely hear the neighbors shouting because they were cursing very loudly. I had also ordered a taxi to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, and a nice smelling taxi arrived.
