Lovely, well appointed hotel, located in the older quarter of the town and providing a good base for exploration. The friendly and helpful staff made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering advice on where to visit and good local eateries.

I had a good stay here, and overall would consider it a good value. Room: We booked the superior triple, which was roomy and had a small balcony overlooking the alley below. I would say the pictures made the room seem more charming than it was. The hewn timber ceiling was a nice feature, but the rest of the room seemed like standard hotel fare. The shower was small but quite adequate. It might be a fluke, but our room was permeated with the cloying stench of cheap room freshener throughout our four-day stay, even after we removed the offending units. (Note that we were offered several other rooms, none of which smelled at all, and in the end elected to stay put because we liked the size of our room and its balcony). Location: Very convenient. A couple of blocks from the main tourist thoroughfare and close to many restaurants. Food: Breakfast was quite good, with a selection of meats, fruits, cheeses, cereal and even pastries from the panificio down the street. Hospitality: The shining star of this place is Elena, the manager/front desk attendant, who was unflaggingly cheerful and helpful. Need a laundry that will wash your clothes for you? Check. Need to find rubbing compound for your car because someone who shall remain nameless scratched the bumper by backing into a light fixture? Check. She really was a pleasure to deal with throughout and you should tip her when you leave. Overall, you can expect good value in a good location, but (other than Elena) not a lot of charm.

Abbiamo prenotato un bilocale ed abbiamo trovato ambiente pulito con aria condizionata in ogni stanza. L'accoglienza è stata molto professionale così come le pulizie. Ottima la colazione che trovo sia un punto di forza. L'ubicazione è perfetta sia per il mar che per le passeggiate in pieno centro storico.

In pieno centro storico a due passi dal mare zona piena di ristoranti e un forno con arancine e pizza ottimi Colazione salata e dolce a cui non manca nulla … ragazzi della reception gentilissimi e pronti a fare consigli noi eravamo a piedi ma ci siamo mossi con i mezzi e a piedi in maniera molto semplice insomma la struttura ha tutto ciò che serve per passare una vacanza immersi nella città di Trapani 👍🏻👍🏻

Decisamente un'esperienza super super positiva, albergo in ottima posizione, molto pulito e che dire sulla gentilezza dello staff 10elode, vicino a tanti piccoli ristoranti e bar. Spero di tornarci con il sole che è stata l'unico neo della vacanza

Sette principesse a Trapani.... come ogni anno stacchiamo la spina per relaxarci da famiglia figli nipoti etc. Albergo centralissimo per visitare la citta a piedi, la zona e piena di ristoranti bistrot bar osterie ed è vicinissimo al porto per imbarchi alle isole. Purtroppo il tempo non ci ha assistito ma è andata bene ugualmente ci siamo divertite. Comunque consiglio vivamente questo albergo sia per la posizione, la colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata, per la pulizia e la disponibilità/gentilezza del personale. Braviiiiiiii continuate così
