We regret that the proximity to clothing stores did not meet your expectations. We understand that location can be an important factor when choosing accommodation, although it is not directly within our control. Regarding the services you mentioned, such as a swimming pool, gym, and sauna, we would like to clarify that our property has never included these amenities among its facilities. We are sorry that this lack made your stay less desirable. We do, however, take note of your desire for a swimming pool for future improvements, although it is not currently planned. We are sorry that the breakfast did not meet your expectations, with the exception of the apple juice which you enjoyed. Your feedback is valuable and we will use it to review and improve the quality and variety of our breakfast offering.
