Ottima pulizia e accoglienza alla reception con ottime indicazioni dove andare a cenare la sera.Ottima colazione tutto fresco,unica pecca se si può considerare al buffet mancanza di cucchiaini che uscivano a 2/3 pezzi .

This was part of a bus tour of Sicily. The room and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The front desk was very helpful and I could even get meals from the vending machine at reception. The hotel is not particularly close to anything so it was good that when I became unwell I was able to still get food without leaving the hotel. The room was also quite large so it never became claustrophobic.

Good central location but breakfast was ordinary with limited choices. Great sleep comfort with extra pillows willingly provided. The Shower in the bathroom was one of the smallest we encountered on our travels but was manageable. Room entry was by pin code which is a interesting concept. Refrigerated snacks provided for purchase near reception where there is also a microwave.

Quick break. We make our frequent trips to Trapani and always make sure to book BB Crystal, good value.

Super mega big bed, simply divine. Big room, there was a refrigerator. Downstairs in the lobby of the hotel you can buy some snacks, also warm ones, which you can heat right there in the microwave oven. The reception staff was very responsive, I came to find it, I wanted to put my bags, but she offered to give me another room, because mine wasn't ready yet. I was so happy because I was tired. The hotel is next to the station. The room was quiet, but I could barely hear the neighbors shouting because they were cursing very loudly. I had also ordered a taxi to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, and a nice smelling taxi arrived.

Great Stay. Easy access to port and beach. I recommend tis full service hotel. Very spacious rooms, with air conditioning. Priced well compared to some B & B in Trapani.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pillows are horrible lumps of rubber with pillow cases that have no sleeve. There is no kettle, nor is there one available on request, so no cuppa at all in the room. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable bar the pillows.

I had no air conditioning in my room for two days. I had no WiFi in my room for two days. There was Wi-Fi in the hall in the lobby, but not in my room. The desk clerk could fix nothing and had no good information.

I have booked this hotel for a group of 15 and all I have to say is that we had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional and I must say extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Rooms were clean and spacious and most of all the location which is right in the centre of Trapani. Everything within walking distance. Special thanks goes to Daniele and Fabrizio (and all the rest of the staff) which made our stay unforgettable. Thank you.
