Staff great, good location, restaurant food was lovely, there was a wide range of breakfast products which were replenished often making sure no one missed out on anything. Room was really good size and clean. check in was easy. Nice bar area, with very friendly staff. There was one downside, but it was dealt with immediately, our first night at the hotel we had a really bad night's sleep. The double bed was very uncomfortable, it had a very noticeable dip in the middle which we were constantly rolling into, our joints were sore and achy in the morning and we were extremely tired. We went to reception after breakfast, to bring the matter to the staff's attention. We spoke to Eve, Front office manager, she couldn't have been more helpful, she immediately offered to move us to another room, which we were grateful for, she said it may take a while. However we returned to our room and in no time at all she phoned to say that a room was ready and she would bring up the key. Eve arrived and told us she had upgraded us to a top floor room with a king bed that had a new mattress, she also enhanced my points as I am an IHG Member. We cannot praise Eve enough for dealing with us so quickly and professionally she certainly went above and beyond. That night we slept so well. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Keine Überraschungen, keine Freude. Wie erwartet haben wir einen praktischen Standort reserviert, mit Parkplatz (hier hat sich nicht die Übernachtungsgebühr von £6 als oft ist es frei im Premier Inn für Übernachtgäste) und Standardausstattung. Die Badewanne hat einen Geruch, der anders Standardreinigung war. Frühstück ist ein kleiner Miss, da die meisten Premier Inn ein besser gekochtes englisches Frühstück voll machen können. Angesichts unseres Zwecks und unserer Lage des Hotels würden wir wieder aufhalten.

Das ist ein wenig von dem Flughafen entferntes heimliches Ferienhotel, aber es gibt einen Bus, der alle Flughäfen und mechanischen Bahnhöfe befördert. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr schön und sauber, aber das Hotelfeld ist super groß, wie ein Labyrinth zu gehen. Das Restaurant ist nicht schlecht, aber das Frühstück und das nahe gelegene Flughafenhotel sind etwas farbloser.

Großes Zimmer mit Balkon direkt in das Stadion, alles neuwertig und picobello. Heizung auch im Winter 2023 warm, was ja nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Kostenlose Waschmaschine und Trockner. Tram vor der Tür. Cafe Nero im Haus. Gutes Frühstück. Gutes Personal an der Rezeption.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Transpor**öglichkeiten sind bequem. Die Entfernung vom Hotel zum Flughafenbusterminal und zum Flughafenbahnhof ist sehr bequem das Zentrum von Manchester. Auf dem Hotelflur und in den zum Flughafen ausgerichteten Zimmern liegen die Flugzeuge des Flughafens direkt vor Ihnen und die Schalldämmwirkung ist so gut, dass Sie den Flughafenlärm überhaupt nicht hören können. An der Rezeption des Hotels gibt es einen Self-Checkout-Supermarkt, der bequem zu T1, T3 und T2 liegt.
