"Die Hotelanlage war alt, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und es gab kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Das Hotelpersonal war jedoch sehr freundlich; einer von ihnen gab mir den Schlüssel zu einem leeren Zimmer nebenan und sagte mir, ich solle dort duschen… Diese Lösung war wirklich bizarr 😭"

"Please Beware, I was sexually harrased by the pool guy , Francisco, and no one did a thing, even after multiple complaints! He literally hovered over my sunbed, and touched my face, while telling me to leave my husband, that he would "satify me" more! Very scary. I told the front desk lady and Nothing was done, so I hid in my room, as my husband was on a business trip here and i had no where to go. The manager said " I did not think it was serious". After I explained what happened in full detail, word for word to the girl, marie, at the front desk in Italian. She apparently told him I was" bothered a little". They did NOTHING. Women, please don't stay here, unless you want to endanger yourself or your children. This pool guy hovered over me and touched my face telling me to leave my husband, for him! That I was " bona" or a nice piece of ass in Italian. Just shockingly Disgusting!!! Not a thing was done and the guy still works here! No one apologised or anything! Even as we didn't want to stay the last night after the incident, they refused to return our money! DO NOT stay here, for your own safety. It's not safe. Very scary. Beach and nieghbourhood is very ghetto and covered in garbage. I tried to leave but no taxis in site. I feel violated and awful after what was meant to be a holiday. I've worked in hotels for over 30 years and travelled the world. As a woman and mother, I'd advise you to never come here, it's unsafe! Hotel manager was blasé about the whole thing and did not care at all. As I tried to speak with him, he told me he was good friends with the pool guy and that he can't believe me. The front desk girls laughed during me telling him and more hotel staff gathered around and laughed, making fun of me, as if it were a theatre production or comedy. There were two female staff among them looking on and laughing. Humiliation toward a sexual harrasment victim and Violence toward women is a serious crime outside of Sicily. Shocked beyond words. I URGE BOOKINGS AND TRIPADVISOR TO NEVER ENDORSE THIS HOTEL! ITS UNSAFE. I have alerted my country's embassy."

"Das Hotel ist nicht besonders modern, aber es bietet alles Notwendige. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, auch wenn die Parkplätze 25 € pro Tag kosten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten gebucht, die sich jedoch als Futon und Schlafsofa entpuppten. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst!"
