"The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)"

"Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und bekam ein anderes Zimmer: Zum Glück hatte dieses keinen komischen Geruch, aber ich habe die warme Beleuchtung auf dem Bettrahmen vermisst, die das letzte hatte: (Die Zimmer verwenden helle weiße LEDs… was? ist ok Nur nicht die Vorliebe für meine Augäpfel.
Der Fernseher in diesem Zimmer funktionierte jedoch richtig!

"Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen, nicht schlechte Wahl nur für einen Übernachtungsurlaub, aber ich möchte nicht hier zu lange bleiben. Das Zimmer riecht ein wenig mustig und das Badezimmer Deckel/Wand scheint Wasserschäden zu haben. Insgesamt erfüllte ich meine Mindesterwartungen für den niedrigen Preis, den ich gezahlt habe. "

"Die Hardwareumgebung ist insgesamt gut, aber nachdem ich die Zimmergebühr online bezahlt habe, wird der Offline-Abzug wiederholt, und ich habe mindestens 10 Tage gebraucht, um zu kommunizieren und zu koordinieren. Die Beziehung ist zu kompliziert, einschließlich Ctrip, ausländische Agenten, Hotels. Es wurde bisher nicht gelöst, es ist ein Kopfschmerz!"
