Easy stay very complimentary it’s services very friendly staff the facilities were top notch and it was definitely worth the amount it cost I definitely look forward to staying again and would suggest this location to anyone who wants to have a relaxing abend

Wählen Sie das Hotel für seine Nähe zu JHU. Zuerst das gute Sachen: Personal war gleichmäßig hilfreich und Kundenorientiert, Front Desk Personal willkommen und persönlich. Warme Cookies und Flaschen Wasser ein schönes Berühren. Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen sauber und Hausbetreuungspersonal wollte gut arbeiten. Reaktionsfähiges Personal kam zu reparieren ein nicht funktionierender Thermostat (bedürftige Batterie) und merkte, dass wir die TV-Box blockiert und Kanäle nicht ändern konnten. Gute Leute überall. Das Restaurant war offen, aber man konnte es nicht sagen. Es war in der Ecke der Lobby mit einigen Hangers-on der Bar. Kein Kaffee oder Tee ist überall im Hotel verfügbar, außer der Maschine in dem Zimmer eines Menschen - kein Zucker, kein Creme - nada. Ich musste in One World Cafe etwa ein halbes Block entfernt, um Kaffee zu bekommen. Hotels, die die Hälfte der Zimmerpreise zahlen, haben typisch Kaffee/Tee usw. im Lobby. Ich definiere den Wert als das Verhältnis zwischen der gesamten Erfahrung gegenüber dem Preis, der für das gleiche gezahlt wurde. Auf der Grundlage dieser Definition war der Wert unterstandardisiert. Ohne das süße und aufmerksame Personal, das wir getroffen haben, würde mein Star (*) Preis abgebaut. Doubletree ist ein Markisname und diese Lage hat nicht auf die Standard erwartet, die andere Aufenthalte in Doubletree Eigenschaften erinnert. Leider nicht empfohlen.

Forget any bad reviews of this property! They have since completely renovated the rooms and are about to further renovate the lobby restaurant which is currently open for coffee and breakfast. The staff told me they will be adding more food options for dinner soon. I got great Sushi for dinner at the Wegmans just across the road. I stayed at this hotel years ago and loved it, as it's and tucked back from the roads in a nice greenspace with trees. What's great about these Old School Courtyards is they have actual balconies surrounding a nicely landscaped courtyard with a firepit and sitting area. These particular Courtyards are well built and not made of ”cardboard” like so many of the newer chains. I have stayed in many luxury hotels so when I have to stay in a smaller chain hotel, I try and find these ”older” Courtyards by Marriott. The staff was extremely accommodating and especially the guy (I wish I could remember his name!) when I checked in who helped me find the exact room I wanted in a specific location. I had a beautiful large tree right outside my balcony in room 340. If you want a private, peaceful stay this hotel is it. Especially for a solo traveler. Another plus is the 12:00 checkout which is rare these days.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und bekam ein anderes Zimmer: Zum Glück hatte dieses keinen komischen Geruch, aber ich habe die warme Beleuchtung auf dem Bettrahmen vermisst, die das letzte hatte: (Die Zimmer verwenden helle weiße LEDs… was? ist ok Nur nicht die Vorliebe für meine Augäpfel. Der Fernseher in diesem Zimmer funktionierte jedoch richtig! Warmes Frühstücksbuffet ist schön! Personal war auch freundlich!

Sehr sauber! Was war einer unserer Hauptwünsche, aber es ist auch aktuell & hat schöne Möbel, Matratze, TV & ect. Statt kleiner Probe Shampoo, Klimaanlage, & Körperwasch sie haben schöne Pumpen von Dove installiert in den Duschen. Das Haus hält uns sehr gut und wird eine Hilfe mit allem, was sie können. Die Mitarbeiter des Front Desk sind nur die besten! Sie werden Ihnen helfen, versuchen, Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, wenn es möglich ist & immer eine Freude zu passieren. Unsere Kinder lieben den Innenpool, & komfortable Bett mit einem großen Flachbildschirm. Ich werde nur das Hotel in Baltimore nutzen!

Das ist mein dritter Aufenthalt, aber erst in einer Zeit. Ich liebe die Lage - liebe Fell’ Point - liebe die Wasserfront-Ansicht, Cobblestone Street, leicht zu entladen und sichere Parkplätze im Freien an der Marina nebenan, wo mein Auto hinter einem verschlossenen Tor ist, aber leicht zugänglich für mich und in der Sicht. Zimmer sind im ersten Stock, so dass Sie einen Wasserblick oder Straßenblick haben können. Ich hatte Straßenblick und ich war nicht durch Lärm gestört. Windows hat schwere Holzbögen für Privatsphäre. Niedrig bequeme Lobby mit Sitz. Willkommen Front Desk. Keine Bar oder Restaurant, aber sie bieten komplimentäres kontinentales Frühstück, das etwas enttäuschend war - Bagel, Toaster, kleine Muffins, kleine Weidemehl, die bessere Tage gesehen hatten, kaltes Getreide, Oatmehl zubereiten, ein Geschmack von Joghurt und vollen Kaffee und Teebar. In schönem Wetter gibt es im Hof einen Außensitz. Zimmer sind älterer Stil mit einem 4-Bett, Armoire mit TV und einem Schreibtisch. Alter Badezimmer, das Aufmerksamkeit brauchen könnte. Aber es war ruhig und komfortabel und ich genieße hier zu bleiben.

Ich blieb in diesem Hotel für eine Familienversammlung. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr bequem, professionell und freundlich. Das Personal konnte drei Buchungsfragen lösen, die eindeutig mein Familienmitglied missverstanden. Die Lage ist nahe 95 interstate und andere große Autobahnen im Baltimore County-Bezirk. Auch nahe der White Marsh Mall und andere Geschäfte wie Target und Walmart. Meine negative Beobachtung war das Pool-Bereich. Der Handgriff, um die Pool-Wasser-Stellen zu betreten, war sehr locker, fast dazu führte mich und mein Enkel zu schleppen, was hätte ein Rechtsverfahren gewesen sein können, wenn wir uns selbst verletzt hätten. Auch, der Badezimmer-Wäschesitz war locker, es bewegte sich unerwartet, als ich auf dem Sitz saß. Badezimmer sind sehr datiert, Fliesen und Wandpapier-Scheiße. Jedoch war mein Aufenthalt für das Wochenende komfortabel. Mein Zimmer war 122, das vor dem Hotel-Eigentum steht. Es war ruhige Lage überraschend. Mein erstes Mal auf einem Grundebene Zimmer.

We had a very nice desk clerk, but it seems no one, including her, thanks you for being a member any more. Nonetheless, we were given room 219. We had to ask for the extra blanket we had requested in the reservation. As this hotel is somewhat isolated, she told us how to find the local restaurants. The room was large and clean. It included a small breakfast table and two chairs at the table. The desk/office chair was one of the best I ever have used at a hotel. WiFi speed was okay at 27 Mbps up and down. We stayed 4 nights. There was no desk lamp and, as we learned over the next couple days, it appeared the room had been cannibalized for things, much like the military cannibalizes some aircraft to keep others flying. It started with a noisy fan that would not turn off on the heater/air-conditioning unit. The next morning I told the desk and they sent someone up immediately. The wall thermostat would not cooperate, so he fixed it so we could turn it off at the unit. Then I pointed out the missing desk lamp which takes a special plug. He thought someone must have stolen it and immediately found me another one. That evening my wife looked for the hair dryer before showering. There was none. She went to the front desk and they immediately gave her a brand new one, still in the box. Later we discovered there was no coffee maker or coffee in the room, but that was not a big deal. There also was no ice bucket, nor were there any cups of any type. The management offered to get us all of that, but we really didn't need it and told them they could stock those items after we had checked out. In addition to the missing items, people arriving late had a tendency to slam doors and the hotel, as it turned out, was very near the Baltimore northeast extension and we could hear the traffic all night. A smoke detector on the wall flashed a very bright light every 5 seconds (really have to ask who designs these things?) Breakfast was handled by a woman who obviously was overworked. (People no longer wish to take jobs: we saw ”help wanted” signs at every service industry stop we made, especially restaurants and hotels). On our second morning, for example, the cheese omelets and sausage ran out and people had to wait. On morning 3, breakfast included scrambled eggs but some kids had clogged up the pancake machine the day before, so it was not working. It was working again our last day there. Coffee ranged from so-so to good. The end result of all these issues was that the management gave us a partial refund which we certainly did not expect, but certainly appreciated.
