Good location, great and clean, unique english style design, modern, relaxed ambience and friendly staff, but when take lift to level, still need climb up some staircase before access to room

Nice room but the space is bit small

Perfect hotel in a perfect location providing everything I needed in a modern, tasteful, well equipped environment. The staff were very helpful and highly professional. Centrally located making walking around the beautiful city centre easy.

Unfriendly. Expressed concerns this morning. Woman at front desk heard one comment but second comment she looked away and ignored me. Wasn't upset but saw all I needed. Hotel staff annoyed by requests. Stayed THREE times this month so I can really comment. Nothing luxury here. Ibis treats me better. Often now with Accor, status gives me and wife a drink each. This hotel insisted last night only one for me. Even pushing, every other Accor 2 drinks, firm no. Shower drain was plugged and ran everywhere. Shampoo empty. Frustrating. Should I dress and shower a second time? First stay was a steet level room literally on the street, people walking by like they were in my room. Luckily, there were bars on the window, hardly luxury. Breakfast expensive but limited for hotel of this level. Main thing is except for one man one morning, thanks for being welcoming, the front desk staff are unwelcoming, not friendly, and annoyed with any concern. I'll continue to do 2-3 stays in Toulouse per month, but never again here. AVOID. Nothing luxury here, and worse, unfriendly people except one.

Disappointed with this hotel, billed as a 4 star establishment but came nowhere near. Room was cold with just one small heater on the wall. No heating or shelf to put stuff in the bathroom. Amenities provided were good quality but one bottle was empty and hadn't been replaced. Breakfast was just the usual fare but they offered freshly cooked eggs which was nice. Bar is also the reception which felt weird with people checking in while you were having a drink.

We stayed for 4 nights. We looked at staying further in the old town but we wanted the convenience of the train station. We were not disappointed. Friendly and professional welcome, offering plenty of advise, too. We asked for a room facing the road and they gave us a great room. Really good size. Very clean The breakfasts were good, offering freshly cooked eggs, to order

This hotel was superbly located for my one night stay in the city and provided a luxury stay at reasonable value. The entrance is beautiful and the lobby doubles up as the bar as well as reception. The greeting was friendly and checking in seamless and quick. All of the communal area are decorated in a unique modern taste giving a great cosy atmosphere. My room was on the third floor and although there are lifts there were a couple of steps along the corridors on the way to the room. It was a good size with plenty of storage everywhere. The art on the walls was great and kept up the cosy vibe. The folded gowns left on the bed were a nice touch and the small table was comfortable enough. Drink facilities were provided with both a kettle and coffee machine, with a large choice of pods. There was also a large bottle of complimentary water in the mini bar which was great. The bathroom was very small but perfectly clean and modern. Plenty of decent towels and nice toiletries were provided and despite the tight squeeze the bathroom space was a pleasure to use. The view over the adjacent building wasn’t anything memorable but sleep quality was great and there was no noise at all from other rooms or outside. Plenty of electric sockets were at both sides of the bed and the mix of lighting was pleasant. I could easily have stayed for a number of nights without getting uncomfortable. Due to my early check out I unfortunately wasn’t able to sample the food at breakfast but the dining area looked decent. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and on any future visits to the city will be staying again.

We had a lovely stay! We travelled as a couple. The hotel is at a great location between the train station and the centre of Toulouse. The Capitol is within 10 min walking distance. 15 to 20 min to the river. Fantastic bed and a choice of 2 types of pillows. Modern interiors. Very clean. The room was very light and airy facing the front of the hotel. The only downside of the room we stayed was the small bathroom. The space between the toilet and the wall was tight. Plenty of complimentary toiletries, tiwels and bathrobes. Very good European breakfast (small selection of bread, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, croissant, cake etc). Orders of cooked eggs taken and served during breakfast. Staff is professional, cheerful and pleasant. Pape and all staff are amazing! We asked them if they could serve our breakfast in the room for my husband's birthday. They came with a tray full of what we pre-ordered the night before. They served my husband a chocolate cupcake with a candle on it. They even sang happy birthday to him. We would definitely go back!

The pros : location is interesting, within walking distance of the city center. Rooms are quite large and relatively quiet. Good value for money. The cons : poor level of service, one staff only to deal with everything is evening and clearly not familiar with the systems. For example he insisted on taking a guarantee on my credit card but was unable to provide a slip showing that it was indeed a guarantee and not an actual payment. Some areas of the hotel were still being worked on and looked more like a worksite than an hotel. Lastly, access by car isn’t easy, it’s impossible to park in front of the hotel.

Newly renovated and stylish. We stayed here the 2nd week after renovation. Not completely ready for guests, but staff did the best they could to smooth the rough edges and make accommodation. Pluses: great breakfast (even for the above average 22E price), convenient location, helpful staff. Our room was small for a couple but no idea if it was typical. We might stay here again for convenience to the train station and the big market, but then again, we usually walked to a nearby and hipper neighborhood for dinner!

Completely renovated hotel. The design is very modern and chic. Great beds and super friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. The theme of the hotel is the music of Manchester in the 80’s which is quite original for Toulouse Will definitely be back next time I’m in town

I went for business for 2 nights to the Toulouse Best Western Hotel. Although the breakfast was good, the location very centric and the hotel was nice, the fact that made different our experience was the service delivered by Laura. She was always with a smile, being nice with every single client and very comprensive with every single situation. Sometimes in life, is not about the commodities and services, is more about the people and how they treat to you. Thank you Laura for everything!
