As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

Das Haus ist schön und geräumig. Die Küche hat alles. Sie können Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee zum Trinken im Erdgeschoss. Der Kaffee ist nicht schlecht. Es ist die Art von Kaffeemaschine. Knapp 6 Tage, keine verschiedenen Dienstleistungen zum Reinigen und Wechseln der Handtücher! Das Hotel sollte nicht in Betracht ziehen, alle drei Tage einmal für Kurzzeittouristen zu reinigen. Und die Check-out-Zeit war offensichtlich 11 Uhr. Ich fragte im Voraus, und Ctrip schrieb 11:00. Als ich ging, sagte mir die Dame, dass Sie um 10 Uhr auschecken sollten. Sehr unangenehmer Ausdruck.

Great hotel in the centre of Toulouse. Our room had a great view over the Garonne river and everything was at walking distance. The room was comfortable, although the shower was a bit funny. The staff were very friendly, and helped us reschedule our trip twice (first time because of illness, second time because of covid travel restrictions). I m glad we finally made it to Toulouse, and Hotel des Beaux Arts helped us making it a great stay.

Das Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave ist ein neues Hotel, das sich am östlichen Rand eines kürzlich errichteten Wohnungsbaus befindet. Mein Zimmer war spotless - selbst die Stufe und Mikrowelle waren sauber! Das Frühstück war gut für ein Apartmenthotel. Das Hotel liegt in St-Cyprien, direkt über den Garonne River vom Zentrum von Toulouse. Die Umgebung ist eindeutig zu Fuß und es gibt eine Metro-Stopp (zusammen mit den Kaufgeschäften und Restaurants) vielleicht 200 m entfernt. Die hervorragende Lage des Hotels war für das einstweilige Problem verantwortlich. Der Pont St-Pierre am Ende der Straße ist nur zwischen Mai und Oktober Fußgänger-und Radfahrer, und am Freitag und Samstag Abend gab es einen konstanten Fluss von Lärm, offensichtlich betrunkenen Menschen machen eine beeindruckende Menge von Lärm auf der Straße unten bis vielleicht 3 am Morgen. Ich konnte das Problem durch das Fenster schließen lindern, so dass es sich als eine kleine Frage erwies. (Die Tatsache, dass die Fenster offen sind, war sonst ein positives Merkmal.) Das Hotel erwies sich als ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthaltsort.

The room was clean and the breakfast provided was a typical breakfast- delicious with ample choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. Wenn Sie nach einer kostengünstigen Option für einen schnellen Aufenthalt in Toulouse suchen, ist ResidHotel Toulouse eine perfekte Option. Das Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und willkommen, und die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben die Basis, die Sie brauchen. Nur das, was Sie beachten müssen, ist, dass es sich hier um einen schnellen Aufenthalt, Selbstbedienung Art von Ort ohne Hauspflege oder Zimmerservice handelt. Also werden Sie wahrscheinlich Ihre eigenen Toiletten bringen wollen, wenn Sie planen, länger als 1-2 Tage zu bleiben (da sie nicht wieder Seife oder Shampoos füllen). Die Dusche hat eine Flasche an die Wand als ”all-in-one” Shampoo/Konditioner/Dusche Gel, wenn Sie ok sind, mit nur das zu beherrschen. Toilettenpapier ist auf die Rolle beschränkt, die sie bieten und sie geben Ihnen ein großes Handtuch und ein kleines Handtuch. Das sagte, zum Preis ist es ein sehr anständiger Ort zu bleiben. Zimmer sind sauber und es fühlt sich fast airbnb oder Schlafzimmer Esque. Die meisten Dinge sind in Französisch, aber das Personal spricht Englisch und kann Ihnen helfen. Ich habe hier zweimal jetzt verblieben und würde definitiv wieder verbleiben.

Yes the hotel has a great location but many other hotels are close-by. As part of our criterias to chose a hotel in the summer months is the availability of Air Conditioned rooms. Which the hotel said they offered. What they failed to mention was that it would not go cooler than 76 F (24C). To be clear, during the day we are out and about and dont need AC but to sleep, we like for the room to be cooled down by a few more degrees than 76/24 (and to be frank, the AC being off all day, it took a while before it even hit that if it did.) Instead of writing a public review, we wrote directly to Ibis Group suggesting they specify on their listings that they have this limit only to receive a very rude answer from the hotel manager. So very disappointed on the AC and management's answer to our email.
