Sehr gut gelegen, aber nicht sehr sichtbar in der Straße. freundliche Heimstätte. Komfortable Betten. Das Toilette/WC-Kabinett ist nicht so gut wie in der Lage, den Komfort zu erzielen. La Corniche is a very pleasant hotel overlooking the sea, fairly central to Toulon. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, the room was small(ish) but clean and had everything needed for a short business trip. Breakfast was very nice (continental and cooked available). Overall, I thought La Corniche was a good hotel in the 3 -4* bracket. I would stay here again on my next visit to Toulon for business or pleasure. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Ich genossen sehr, im OKKO Hotels Toulon Center zu bleiben. Dieses Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, bietet schöne Snacks und Getränke und hat neue Einrichtungen. Es ist der beste Bang für den Buck! Das Hotelpersonal war auch großartig. Sie waren immer so freundlich und freundlich. Ich bin sicher, dass ich beim Hotel bleiben würde, wenn ich wieder Toulon besuche.

Wir hatten einen unplanmäßigen 4-Nacht-Unterkunft im Hotel nach einem Einbruch in unserem Camper-Van (die von den Marinebarracks im Zentrum von Toulon parken). Alles, was wir hatten, war unser kleiner Hund, seine Nahrungs- und Futterbowle und die Kleidung, die wir tragen. Wir sind sehr spät am Abend zum Hotel gekommen (ohne Reservierung) und noch in völligem Schock. Wir konnten unseren beschädigten Wagen sicher im Autopark parken und machten unseren Weg zum Empfang. Da trafen wir uns von Kevin, der brillant und sehr verstanden war - er stellte sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchen, bevor wir in der Nacht schliefen. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir eine Menge von Verwaltung und Logistik zu navigieren, wie unser ursprünglicher Plan war, nach Mallorca zu reisen, und das ist, als wir Samuel trafen. Es gab unzählige Zeiten, dass ich und Partner Samuel um seine Hilfe und Beratung gebeten habe, um Dokumente zu drucken und zu helfen, für uns zu kommunizieren. Unser Französisch ist nicht sehr gut und das Teams Englisch ist ausgezeichnet! Er ging oben und weiter um uns zu helfen. Nichts war ein Problem, obwohl er und das Team sehr beschäftigt waren. Wir trafen Bernard ein paar Tage in unseren Aufenthalt und er zeigte auch den gleichen Willen, zu helfen, Freude und Professionalität. Er konnte einen guten Veter für uns in der Nähe des Hotels finden, der mit Papierarbeit und Wurmbehandlung für unseren Hund helfen konnte, so dass wir zusammen zurück ins UK zurückkehren konnten. Wir sind Kevin sehr dankbar, Samuel und Bernard für ihren fantastischen Service und Hilfe. Es machte uns einen großen Unterschied nach einer sehr stressigen Erfahrung. Obwohl die meisten unserer Interaktionen mit den Jungs waren, konnten wir sehen, dass das ganze Team wirklich gut zusammenarbeitet und sehr organisiert sind. Es gibt eine gute Beziehung zwischen ihnen alle. Vielen Dank. Wir sind so dankbar. Es ist die beste Gastfreundschaft und freundlichkeit, die wir seit langem erlebt haben. Bleiben Sie brillant!

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel at the end of September and the service was excellent throughout out the hotel. Reception staff helped us all with a problem we had at a city car park. Breakfast had a very good Buffet selection with a member of staff on hand to get anything extra we needed. The pool was quite small but adequate, with a few sunloungers around it, I think the hotel is mainly suited to business people or short city break. I cannot comment on evening meals as we always ate out as the hotel is s 25 minute walk away from the harbour and a lot of the restaurants are even nearer. Unbelievably disappointed with this hotel and a majority of its staff. We experienced a tragic void of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality during our entire stay at the Mercure Hotel in Toulon, France. Unfortunately, our fruitless attempts to resolve these issues directly with on-site management (which does not exist) and corporate personnel (impossible to contact) leave us feeling violated of our dignity and robbed of our time and money. We hope the following information will help others in the future, including travelers, hospitality staff, Sébastien Bazin, Gilles Pélisson, and the like. CLEANLINESS: Upon our arrival, we could literally see dust and dirt on all of the shelves, counter tops, balconies and floors of the hotel and room. Even the carpet in the room was so dirty it stained the bottom of our clean socks. The toilet room smelled bad, like, well, a used toilet. We politely asked for it to be cleaned, however, no one ever came, not even to freshen up the room at any point during our stay. COMFORT: The air conditioning did not work in our room, ever. When we spoke to the front desk staff about the sweltering temperature of 90 degrees F in our room (even though the thermostat read 16 C) and were informed to “leave the room for awhile to let it work”. We left at 3:30PM and returned at 11PM to a less sweltering temperature of 85 degrees F in our room. We asked staff member available, Alexi/Alex at the front desk, if he could fix the thermostat. He begrudgingly came to take a look and was profusely sweating after one minute in the room. He could not turn on the air conditioning even though the thermostat read the same 16C. He said we could open the window, but that would just let in the bugs in and turn off the air completely. He also suggested we leave the room to wait 15 minutes for it to turn on…? Given that that strategy did not work when suggested earlier, we asked for a different room with working air conditioning. He laughed at us and said no because it would not make his manager happy. We said we would happily speak to the manager about the issue and he laughed again, said no, and stated management is not available on the weekends. We then asked for some sort of a solution and Alexi/Alex appeared annoyed and said “there is nothing to be done” and that he had to get back to his “other duties” at the hotel. Turns out it was actually the end of his shift and he did not want to stay any longer that his end time to deal with this problem. We noted that the sheets and bedding were surprisingly all polyester, which doesn’t breathe like cotton, and acts like a heat conductor and made it more difficult to achieve sleep. He laughed again and said all the rooms are the same and there is nothing to be done. We went back to the front desk to ask for help from the next staff member and found that the only person available was a very kind, intelligent security guard named Cherkre(sp?).
