The holiday home with its three comfortable and lovingly furnished holiday apartments is ideally located directly on the dike in the North Sea resort of Tossens. The house has an approximately 1000 square meter well-kept garden, which even has a small playground for the little guests. The Frisian beach is in the immediate vicinity and the center of Tossens with restaurants and shops as well as the Center Parcs North Sea coast can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The holiday home offers space for max. 8 holiday guests and actually consists of two separate apartments. A connecting door on the common corridor makes it possible to rent the property as a whole house.
The apartment "Strandkorb" on the ground floor is 52 square meters and has a spacious and cozy living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee pad machine, soda streamer, kettle, waffle maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, electric can opener, blender and all the necessary utensils from A like aluminum foil to Z like citrus press.
The living room is bright and friendly. Through the living room window you have a direct view of the dike. The living room is equipped with a television with DVD slot, satellite receiver, stereo system with cassette deck and CD player. The cozy living room furniture invite you to linger. There are also a number of books available for you to read.
A sliding door leads directly to the terrace and the garden.
The bedroom is furnished with two beds, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers. If you are traveling with a baby / toddler, a travel cot is also available, which can also be placed in the parents' bedroom.
Other baby / toddler equipment: high chair, folding changing table with changing mat, bath and buggy.
The approx. 6 sqm children's room offers space for a small wardrobe, a console table and a narrow cot (70 cm x 200 cm), which can be folded out into a double bed. In the children's room there are some games, children's books, a small TV with satellite receiver and a CD / cassette player. The children's room has its own exit to the garden (lockable). Another special feature in the children's room is the small pointed floor, which can be reached directly via a wooden ladder. Here is a cozy play or reading corner - a great retreat for the little ones.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer. A hairdryer is also available to guests.
There is also a separate guest toilet.
