Whilst staying very close to the hotel we went for menu del dia. Firstly reception staff were very helpful when we initially enquired so we made a booking later that morning, Restaurant was lovely, nice and airy, staff were amazing, attentive and friendly. The menu changes daily and we were impressed with the quality of the food and also the presentation. €20 pp Monday to Friday from 1:00pm, 3 courses with a glass of wine or beer etc. I believe it is also available at the weekend for a €5 supplement pp. We will definitely be going back. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Ein schöner Empfang, sobald wir in die geräumige Rezeption gekommen sind. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich, eine besondere Erwähnung für Nieve, so gut bei ihrer Arbeit. Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock war sehr groß, unser Bett war riesig und sehr komfortabel, wir hatten einen Balkon über den Pool, sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Badezimmer war im Zimmer, das war ok für uns als Paar, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, dass ich es gefallen hätte, wenn ich hier mit einem Freund wohnte, der Duschekopf funktionierte nicht sehr gut, aber in Fairness habe ich nicht darüber beschweren und ich bin mir sicher, wenn ich es hätte hätte. behebt. Der Pool war einladend und sehr sauber, es gab eine Bar für Snacks, Getränke und Eis. Die Sonnenbäder und Terrassen müssen aktualisiert werden, aber es hat nicht unser Vergnügen zerstört. Wir leben nur wenige Kilometer vom Hotel und genießen die Bars und Restaurants von Torrevieja, so dass wir sicher wieder hier kommen. Es ist in einer perfekten Lage.

The hotel is modern and clean with an excellent bar and rooftop patio swimming pool area. The exceptional element of this hotel is the reception staff. We were looked after from the moment we checked in. We were a party of 8 on a golfing trip and needed restaurants and recommendations, they also contacted the various golf courses for us to sort out buggies for us. The downside of this hotel is the location. It is a €10-€12 taxi ride into town. Thank you for looking after is. There is nothing much around in walking distance.

Oh my what a disappointing experience. We arrived to find the beach in front of the apartments fenced off while the promenade is being replaced. Not the businesses fault but this was not mentioned at the time of the booking. This also meant that the restaurant was out of action. The only blessing on reflection was that because it was a weekend and a public holiday not construction work was going on. So the apartments are very tired and outdated with doors to the balcony not sliding very easily and after hearing all the other doors in other apartments this is a general thing. This brings me on to noise. You can hear everything through the walls from lights being switched on and off to toilet noises. If the walls were any thinner you could see through them which you might as well do as it sounds like your neighbours are in the room with you. Unfortunately for us our neighbours had 2 dogs which they left in the apartment while they went out ! Also the bathrooms as smelly as they were in the 70s which was very much a Spanish thing but we are now in the 21st century for God's sake. Overall a disappointing experience as we were looking forward to relaxing and listening to the sound of the waves not the scrapping of furniture being dragged across floors. Who knows what some people are doing.

Literally don’t know where to begin with my praise for this place! The apartment was amazing; big, FULLY equipped with everything a person could possibly need on holiday, a lovely balcony, comfortable beds, and very clean. In fact, it was cleaned every day of our stay, which given that it was self catering was unexpected and much appreciated. The location is perfect too - a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We went for a longer walk and were at the harbour within an hour. But even better than these things was the wonderful customer service we received from Irina. From the moment we checked in she was helpful and informative, giving us recommendations for restaurants, maps, and bus routes. Then when our airport transfer wasn’t correctly arranged she sorted everything out for us. She made phone calls, she sent emails, she offered to print things out for us, she was simply amazing and went far above and beyond any receptionist I’ve ever come across… All in all we had a wonderful holiday, and if we ever return to Torrevieja we would absolutely stay here!

Positives: - Strandzugang über einen Holzsteg ca. 300 Meter an einen weichen, sauberen Sandstrand - älterer Indoorpool + Whirlpool mit Wasserfall (Wichtig: Badekappenpflicht) - Animateure sind gut drauf (englisch geht so/ deutsch gar nicht! - niemand vom Personal!) - Sauberkeit im Hotel! - Alle volle Stunde fährt ein Hotelbus nach Guardamar für 85 cent/ Person - Bei all inclusive sind Original-getränke (Cola+Fanta usw.) inkludiert...Rosado-wein, Sangria, usw., Hot dogs und Sandwich sind dabei - beim Frühstück mehrere Pflanzenmilchsorten zur Auswahl Negatives: - Kloakegeruch im obersten Stockwerk & im Badezimmer - Hatten AI gebucht. 85% die gleiche Auswahl am Buffet und lauwarm. Mikrowellen stehen nicht ohne Grund bereit. Hat Kantinencharakter und ist weniger wie ein Restaurant! - Freundlichkeit des Personal nur sehr, sehr beeingt vorhanden. Ein Lächeln kriegt man fast nie - Handtücher für Pool/ Strand soll man mit 20€ Deposit und 1€ Leihgebühr am Tag zulegen, wenn man keine Eigenen dabei hat...Unglaublich!!! - Wenn man Tischtennis spielen will, bitte eigene Schläger mitbringen. Die Leihschläger/ der Leihball sind total uralt. - Es gibt keine Verbindung zwischen Bar und Pool. Man muss immer durchs Treppenhaus laufen, da die Poolbar Mitte Oktober zu war. - Cocktails sind bis auf wenige Ausnahmen bei AI dabei, aber das Barpersonal hat gerne die Ausrede, dass die Cocktailmaschine (was auch immer das sein soll) kaputt ist und man bekommt auch keine Alternative angeboten Unterm Strich zahlt man einen günstigen Preis für ein 3* Hotel und man sollte das im Kopf haben! 17qm Hotelzimmer für 4 Personen (2 Erw/ 2 Kinder unter 11) ist sportlich. Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Nachbarn, die abendlich laut ”Spass” haben, kann man auch nur schwer mit Kopfkissen auf den Ohren ausblenden🙈 Ob wir nochmal hinfahren würden...phhhuuu...gute Frage. Mal sehen.

My stay at Hotel La Zenia was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes a pleasant and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the place. Andres from the animation team stood out for his exceptional service. Even on his day off, he was incredibly helpful in organizing activities, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my time at the hotel. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the drinks, especially the Guinness, which was priced at only 6.70€!! This made unwinding at the hotel's bar even more enjoyable.

Wir waren im Aparthotel Bahia und von Anfang an fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause, alle sind von 10, Reinigung, Rezeption, Café, Restaurant ... Das reichhaltige und hochwertige Buffet mit einer Vielzahl von Speisen. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und fehlt Ihnen nichts an Details und die große Terrasse, das Bett ziemlich komfortabel. Ich muss Ihnen für die Behandlung, die Sie Veronica, Raúl, Jose Antonio und Paqui erhalten haben ¡Danke für alles! Wir werden ein weiteres Jahr zurückkehren, das ist das fünfte Jahr, das wir in die Bay kommen.
