1. Seit wir hier sind, habe ich festgestellt, dass der Service schlecht war, weil sie uns nicht einmal mit unseren Gepäck helfen angeboten haben, obwohl es schwer war und es wurde bemerkt, dass wir zu viele Dinge mitgebracht haben. 2. Die Reinigung lässt viel zu wünschen übrig, mehrere Tage haben das Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt, und das Personal hinterlässt die Schmutzflaschen den ganzen Tag in den Korridoren und nehmen sie nicht bis zum nächsten Tag. 3. Das Wasser des Hostels ist zu schmutzig und hat uns verärgert, uns zu beeinflussen. 4. Die Frühstückskäufer sind sehr gross und bieten sehr schlechte Service. Die Nachtkäufer sind viel freundlicher und bedienbarer, das ist ja. 5. Zwei der Aufzüge funktionierten nicht und die Wartezeit war zu lang. Manchmal bis zu 20 Minuten, um aus deinem Zimmer zu steigen oder zu runterzukommen. Ich verstehe, dass es ein Problem mit den Aufzügen gab, weil ein paar Kinder im neuen Jahr mit ihnen spielen, aber seit wir schon allein waren sie zu langsam und eins war schon zerbrochen. 6. Die Schlüsselkarten sind sehr schlecht und werden immer abgeprogrammiert, dann musst du wieder in die Lobby gehen, um sie zu benutzen, wenn du ins Zimmer willst (dies zusammen mit dem nicht benutzenden Aufzug war schrecklich, weil wir die Schließlich würde ich nicht für nichts zurückkommen und empfehle Ihnen, dieses Hotel kostenlos zu vermeiden. Es gibt viel bessere Optionen.
